Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
Vote: Chimpyang
Wanted a duel you did, and granted your wish shall be

Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
We need to have an opponent for chimpyang. Renata, up for it? You handled your Pokemon well yesterday, so I would say you have a decent chance of handling chimpyang. Then again, perhaps we do want to see more people's Pokemon to see who was responsible for last night's attacks (given that I was one of the ones attacked it would be nice to see who owns that Pokemon). But perhaps the reason such weak Pokemon were used for attacks means that they are using Pokemon outside their duel line-up for night attacks.

Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
I'd be willing to duel Chimpyang.

Regardless, the Pokemons that are defeated are out of the competition -- my Scizor is no more, for instance. All of the attackers lost, so I don't think those Pokemons will be seen again.

Unless someone else has the same pokemon. I will say right now that I have a zangoose, despite not being the zangoose attacker. Anyway, chimpyang has plenty of people backing his candidacy, so I will switch over to supporting unvote, vote:atpg

Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
Vote: atpg, Since he's willing, I'll let him take on chimpyang.

Oh come now, she's already proven herself. Trying to eliminate the weakened players first? I disapprove.

Uh, whoops. If that's the case, then all I am asking for is death, with the duels.
Looks like I stepped in it. Woo hoo?

Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
Vote : ATPG. Yeah, lets go.

Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
I thought my pokemon would recover between battles. Abort abort abort! I'm not an evil trainer, losing my weakling pokemon is going to harm our efforts... :wall:

This is scummy. We all know what pokemon she has, since I have 3 to her 2 and I can look up their types. I can tweak my setup to guarantee a win (almost). It would be far more beneficial to the town to see the Pokemon of other players, since then we can try and find the attackers. I think those pokemon will crop up again, especially since there is no mention of them fainting etc...whereas in the Day 1 battle, there is a formal X is unable to battle.
Anyways Robbiecon. How about you showing me your pokemons?
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
You've already seen one defending last night.

It's a little scummy, but she does have another three pokemon that she could have subbed into the line-up. After all, we each brought six. Or is there something different about you?
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
Uh, my understanding is that 3 is all way have, period. The original 6 was just a pool from which we chose the 3 we wanted to keep for the rest of the tournament.
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
my understanding of the rules is that we each bring 3 out of the 6, and when we lose all 3, either via battles or ngiht actions, we are knocked out. No subbing. Unless you had something to the contrary? o_0
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [Sign-Ups]
That's my understanding, too.
I'm willing to save ATPG from the consequences of his lack of understanding of the rules. I don't think he'd get it wrong if he was mafia.
vote: Yaseikhaan
Though perhaps a lurker would be better, if Chimpyang thinks he can take them. (Warman, Rebel Jeb)

Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [In Game]
No, you guys are right. I didn't pay as much attention as I should have to the opening post, so when I saw the "if you want to change your battle order" instruction that began night 1, I interpreted that as meaning that we could sub into that line-up throughout.

Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [In Game]
You all should unvote pizzaguy and me so we can duel later. Vote for Seon and Chimpyang, plz.
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [In Game]
I wish to have atpg in the game for a while,
so Vote: Seon
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [In Game]
Why Seon instead of you, Khaan?
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [In Game]
So I can have a fair matchup with sweet pizza, naturally.
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [In Game]
Oh, fine.
unvote, vote Seon
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [In Game]
You people are so mean to a girl like me :'(
-
Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [In Game]
if I voted, unvote
vote: Robbie for wanting Renata to fight again.
I bet some people (if anyone, Mewtwo's underling) have Max Revives, but otherwise Pokemon don't regain consciousness.

If you'd messed up the rules, it would be different. Sorry.

I did not vote for her, I simply asked her if she was willing to fight again, seeing as yesterday went well. When ATPG seeked the nomination, I voted for him.
However, I will now let ATPG and Yaseikhaan battle it out in the future, and put Seon in to fight Chimpyang:
Unvote; Vote: Seon.

Re: [Council of Villains] Mewtwo's Retribution [In Game]
robbiecon's vote was not counted, as the deadline was 7:00 PM - 9 minutes before my own post.
Seon was chosen as the first competitor, and the second was randomly drawn between ATPG and Chimpyang due to their tie- with Chimpyang being chosen.
In other news, I am going to replace Rebel Jeb, as he has not posted since he signed up.
Tally:
Seon- 5 (B_Ray, Yaseikhaan, Jolt, Thefluffyone93, Renata)
Chimpyang- 3 (Secura, Zack, Death is yonder)
Askthepizzaguy- 3 (autolycus, robbiecon, Chimpyang)
Thefluffyone93- 1 (Saregona)
Zack- 1 (Askthepizzaguy)
robbiecon- 1 (Double A)
NOT VOTING: Rebel Jeb, Seon
