Your orders, if not in, are now officially past the extended deadline and you will suffer a penalty both score-wise and game-wise. The game penalty is that you may move, and that's all you're allowed to do, with no bonuses allowed for combat. It's still better than missing the phase entirely.
If the interactive phase begins, you're out of luck for this round.

Search results, in particular, should only take an hour. If I had everything in the right place, properly formatted, and didn't have to go digging for data, switching windows every 2 seconds.... should be a breeze. Wasn't a breeze.
