Adding New Faction in VI guide

Does any1 now if you can make an new faction if you've alredy got a mod installed say for example XL?

So long as you have spare slots, there shouldn't be any problem. I think the maximum is 32 including rebels.

So where do I go for the guide? The links lead me to no where.

i'll try that later, it must be really interesting to create a new faction :beam:
