Re: The Council of Villains- Large Mafia Game (IN PLAY)
Ganondorf is err unimportant information above your security level...
Well im one dead clown... just glad i got a bit further here than in simpsons or swords in the moon.. the life of a townie eh ?
I will be intrested in hearing off Choatix what exactly happened last night... infact i will pm him and ask myself... i suppose it shall be nice to have my innocence proven in death... though it doesn't even get proven in death does it ?
I recomend we keep ducky blocked for a decent number of turns... whilst we lynch other suspects in between, i assume the hero's can't afford to stop killing for a few turns so either the hero's would have to kill anyway and prove duckys innocence or they couldn't kill because ducky is the hero...

Re: The Council of Villains- Large Mafia Game (IN PLAY)
Well you should remember that I was a replacement, so I have no idea how this game has developed. In terms of a mafia game it seems very complex and I'm having a lot troubles keeping up with everything. I'm asking who Ganondorf is because my description said that:
Quote:
Before being brought to this strange world, you were busy groveling under the great deity Ganondorf. He has given you all the power you have now, and he could take it away at any time he wishes, so you had best follow his wishes and assist the Council in destroying the traitorous villains.
It would be good to know who I should grovel to for roleplaying.

Let's see... original plan was to get rid of RubberDucky.
PapaBear says we should leave ducky alive so we can prove his innocence. RubberDucky says the game is too complicated and he's having trouble keeping up. (Dog ate your homework? :clown: If you're not caught up, why are you voting without asking people what's going on first? Bad townie behavior at best.) AsktheBowserGuy says that we should drown RubberDucky since after being blocked last night, plumber didn't kill anyone. I'll stick with the original plan. It follows up on our best lead and eliminates suspected scum.

Seems like the great Bowser, King of Koopahs isn't infallible, which is a shame, as I have voted according to your will. It is a shame that you don't seem to understand the fact, that blocking me did nothing good, as I can not act during the night. Have you perhaps thought of the possibility, that the plumber was absent during the night phase and did not send in his kill? No, I suppose you wouldn't have. I suggest you concentrate your suspicion on those players, that for some reason or other, were absent during the night phase.

ROOOOAAAARRRR! I never said I was infallible.

Blocking you may have prevented a murder, then again it might not have. Since you claim to have no abilities, getting rid of you gets rid of a suspect with no real loss to the villains. No offense.

Indeed, it was a prominent possibility and I even mentioned it in the thread. I said we must have had an absent hero, I can link to that post if you want.

See above.

ROOOOAAAAR. Duly noted.
I'm making guesses according to the information I have, and how much I trust that information, which I don't, fully. The way you vote proves nothing except you're distancing yourself from LittleGrizzly. Not an uncommon tactic. He was kind of doomed before you voted anyway.
I'll consider your suggestions but for now, you're still our best lead. Sorry... townies die too sometimes. I'm not perfect. But I am very thorough.

I did forget we had 'khaan... and well i thought either we would have a guarenteed innocent... block the actual killer for a few rounds... or maybe even make the heros stop killing for a few turns to make ducky look guilty...
Bit convoluted though i guess.... easier just to kill him and narrow the suspect list... the only worry would be if your suspect list is actually missing one or two of the players...

ROOOOOAAAAARRRR!!!!
Every living player is on the suspect list. Every single one of them. On my personal list, I am excluded, however if you guys were prudent you'd have investigated me before the game ends.
1. Consider the possibility of cults and alignment shifts. Even investigated players could now be guilty.
2. Consider the vigilante could be a "hero" or a serial killer.
3. Consider revived characters to be possibly revived as a zombie or other annoying creep.
4. Consider that I don't trust anyone, even if they were a villain. Sometimes you have villains who like to mess around and claim roles they don't have, to throw people off, even if they are on my team they can mess me up.
That puts everyone on the suspect list. Assuming my ability doesn't wear off and the Koopa Troop cooperates, we'll get through the whole list, going by who seems the guiltiest first, and who is the most useless or uncooperative second. WOGbait players (I think... Ichigo qualifies for that) can be dispatched if the host doesn't WOG them, and then we get down to our core group. If we have an infiltrator, they are doomed anyway because now they have to cooperate and we will systematically deduce who they are.
Mmmmm ruthless. Plus the heroes themselves have to eliminate villains, and that helps narrow down the list. The fewer living suspects, the better.

Re: The Council of Villains- Large Mafia Game (IN PLAY)
I'm a bit surprised that you find killing a "useless" townie to be a good tactic. I suppose that might be due to the fact that you have a pro-townie killer as well, but usually wasting a lynch/kill on an innocent is bad for the town.

Re: The Council of Villains- Large Mafia Game (IN PLAY)
Vote: LG
He looks pretty suspicious currently.

Re: The Council of Villains- Large Mafia Game (IN PLAY)

Not really. Hindsight is 20/20. If you have 4 "possibles" and 2 killers then of course any death of the possibles is to your benefit. unless it is the last round. Which it isn't. QED

If a pro-townie player demonstrates their pro-townie abilities via the writeup itself... or there are tangible results like blocking the vigilante and the vigilante kill not going through... that is strong evidence we can trust that person. Also, a certain investigator told me right away who our defender was, proving he was an investigator... and the defender demonstrated his defender abilities via the writeup. The revivers demonstrated their abilities as well. Is it really a bad tactic to eliminate others before we go for basically proven pro-townies? Please explain why.
I don't imagine it a likely scenario that say... our blocker gets converted to mafia, and continues to roleblock for us, for example. Or that our vigilante gets converted, as he's dead before the end of the game anyway. And that's assuming they can convert at all. Given the hosts' balancing act, I doubt it but I don't disregard it.
Kill a "useless" townie, un-investigated still-a-suspect, who was inactive during Mario's early-game inactivity and replaced... then started killing... is a bad move?
ROAR! Time to play "squish the plumber".

Re: The Council of Villains- Large Mafia Game (IN PLAY)
Just throwing this out there, considering we are all "Koopa troops" we should be wary of an infiltration, perhaps Mario just realized what we were doing and decieded to not act last night, in order to preserve his life.
At least momentarially.

roar.
That works if we could only check on one person's innocence a night. But we can do much more than that, so it's a useless tactic which wastes a chance to murder the villains. So, in short: Thank you!

Plumber killer and burn, die killer. I don't see link in there. But by all means, keep on not killing us. Roar.
PS- when I say "Roar", that's short for ROOOOAAAAARRRRR in the manly Bowser sense. Not "Roar" as in "hello sailor. Would you like to go on a fabulous cruise with me? Roar.... you're tight like a tiger."

Now you're posting as Captain Obvious.
Dude, I get it! None of the remaining players claimed to be Merry-o or Lunk-head. So obviously they have a disguise-o-tron. Sheesh.
I'll grind the plumber to make my bread, etc.

ROAR!
The coward refuses to die like a good little minion! He's not worth saving, and we will get AggonyDuck very shortly anyway. He's a confirmed killer with a guilty result.
