But the bottom line is that I think I've put together a damn strong case for why Vro is Town, and I don't think the next wagon over, Ibn, has as much going for it. So if it becomes a question of ports in storms, I think the choice is clear. But let's get a recap of everyone's scum reads and why they're scum, and go from there.
