RAN no Jidai

Is it DEAD?

Man am I glad I'm not the PR Guy, Seijitai my respect for you grows almost each time I open the forums:laugh4:

But seriously, is this mod dead? I just want to know so I'll keep looking back here if ever its still on-going.

If and when Ran No Jidai comes out, Like EB0.80/EB0.81 and Vlad Total War which took awhile, are still great, Ran No Jidai has the same potential given the work done on it, let's see what happens in a couple months. Plus with possible Vista issues that might come up, let's see what happens?

Good! I thought the mod was dead.. Well, patience is a virtue. I'll just hope that the wait will be worth it. :D

I haven't seen one, or heard one...but I still stand by word.

I haven't played RTW since...lol.

and I won't play it again until this mod is finished.

The only total war I will play is Shogun and Medieval...VI of course, I love the Forge of Destiny III. :)

Go play EB.

First Welcome to the forums, secondly this mod has been in production for two very long years and they are almost done ( I hope) and that is why you don't see a link, hope that helped you.

Still standing by my word strong. I haven't touched Rome: TW since I posted. :)

Hehe thanks to Wundai we know there are 5 levels of the castle, which probably corrolates to 5 settlement levels (Well 6 for towns without castles XD )

Answer to moomo : there will be modifications to play in a more realistic way, but don't forget we're retrained but the game's core...

Well, i read in other post that the years is probably that have four turns (seasons), but with this system the unit moviment is big in a map so small.
Wouldn´t be more logical make each turns of two months? then you reduce the moviment of all units (to make it real), and in one turn an army will not cross the middle of the map.
Will the game´s core allow it?.
