see this is the kind of insane coincidence I am talking about! of course, it still isnt over, and mini still has the troops to bring TCV to his knees. We both have taken pretty heavy casualties TCV, things are winding down.

One thing I learned from all these simulations was that Archers are quite useless against heavy infantry(Hypaspistai, Thorakitai, Argyraspides etc.)! Or.. I just don't know how to use them! :embarassed:
yes, I should have really known that. If this was a real battle my screening plan might have worked, but not here. I am happy enough to have almost crushed Sarpedons mighty Phalanx.

Hey, Cunobelinus is an amazing general. He's never ever lost a battle. And has a string of victories that were quite against the odds.

I have two EB folders right now. One named EB (with v1.2) and a second one named WotB (with v1.1 and WotB mod).

I've tried adding -mod:WotB -show_err to the RomeTW.exe on the start menu, but the game that it opens is still v1.2.
yes I had a hard time having 1.1 and 1.2
I said bollocks to 1.2 until WOTB finishes. Which I hope won't be for a long long long time.

i've got like 4 or 5 different EB folders :)
Thing is, you have to start with a clean, RTW folder, patched to 1.x (cant remember which patch EB uses)
This folder you can copy as many times as you want on your HD, just be sure you rename them in a fashion you can remember what folder is which :)
then you can start installing different mods in each folder.
Really easy.

There were no installer version of the WotB mod.
