Hi General Zhukov, Rhinehard von Dill and Czar Alexsandr. Read the forums and put in your own two cents if you can - even if it's only to Help-A-Noob, because we've all been noobs at some time.
Heck, I'm a noobish senior myself... https://img270.imageshack.us/img270/...ollypopaa4.gif
Welcome General Zhukov, Rhinehard von Dill and Czar Alexsandr ~ Enjoy your stay ~

Hail! aghhh hard snow!
Hello to all, I hail from the UK and through some thick fog. My first total war game was the STW demo. Then I bought MTW and modded it so i could "hire" princesses for the egyptians (don't ask). Then rome, which I made the S.P.Q.R bright pink!
I am trying my hand at modding M2TW, and I hope to see you all round!
welocome and merry christmas to all new members!
Hi everyone!
Playing Rome:Total War and living it large with the Brits!
I have a decent strategy if any of you want to know with the Brits. just Pm me to hear it.
Welcome Sir Robin the Brave and The BritonBasher ~
Enjoy your stay!

Welcome ajdacanay! Total War is all about Criminal Justice, though the Fire Administration would Kukrikhan's department.
Welcome Sir Robin the Brave. You sound like a born modder.
And Welcome TheBritonBasher -- better watch out, or Sir Robin the Brave will paint your Britons bright pink, too.

Enjoy!
Hi and merry Crimbo one and all!
I've got RTW/BI, Shogun, MTW and I'm waiting for MTW2. I've not been playing them much but my new year's resolution is to change that!
Welcome anybody new in here and for all members I want to wish a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
...still looking after the Xmas gifts *g*
Welcome azzurri to the org!
Hello, all!
I've been reading up on some of the posts since getting M2:TW a short while back, and since I did unlock the Scottish campaign with the help of these forums, I thought it would be nice to actually try to participate in the discussions.
I've lived in the States for several years now, but I was born in Scotland. The idea of changing some of the History piqued my interest. When I saw a commercial for M2 (on the History Channel, no less), I knew it was something I'd like to try.
This is my first attempt at anything of this scope. I'm not sure how much help I can be with mods, but I do enjoy texturing so maybe I'll attempt it.
Well, I've got a lot of post-reading to catch up on, so hello and be-seeing-ya!
~Mel
Welcome melanie to the org!
Welcome Deckard, azzurri and Melanie T ~
Hey, I joined because, after botching a dozen campaigns in a row on various nations, I looked for strategies, read the ones here, and decided to be a member.
You've made an excellent decision ~:thumb:Quote:

hello everyone,
ive been lurking around here for awhile, reading on rtw, bi and mtw2. i got the gold edition or rtw and bi sometime ago and this forum has been great, but was having activation problems so just kept reading and reading and reading.
im from the usa but live in slovakia right now and finally have a new computer that will play all the various total war games (thus why i bought rtw and bi and just ordered mtw2).
so ive started with rtw and well it has truly sucked my soul and im not really interested in getting it back for some time, what an amazing game, love it love it and will continue loving it (though my girlfriend might not agree so much :laugh4: ).
ive got a number of questions but cant remember what they all are, so one main one i have is with bi:
--is there a place to get some of the strategy guides or manuals? my copy didnt come with a manual or anything. also is the bi map different than the rtw map (i would figure the provinces would be different) and if so is there a bi map somewhere so i can print it out?
thx for the help and enjoy!
Welcome wayward to the org!
Hi everyone!
I have been posting for a while in the Citadel and now I just noticed this message. I am using call sing Wallas in about every game I play.
I have played and loved every total war game since Shogun total war.
Welcome to our army :Rants on for hours about spearmen and Persia: anyway, welcome!
