Cheates, we do'nt need no stinkin cheates!
or do we???:inquisitive:
great question Zimm4973. And you can ask ANY question you want in the Tavern. Just don't expect a 100 % serious answer.
As for me, I've never used a cheat before ... ~
Perhaps other people might know more ...:inquisitive:
*motions Zimm over to the bar*
Barkeep! Two beers!
*suspiciously looks about*
I hear that the add_money xxxxx still works... and ...

Thanks Tacitus (Gulps beer and motions bartender for another round)
Hey hey dude, if you wanna leave this place with all your limbs attached, don´t call them you know what. We call them in-game modding, or modding by console.
I call them manipulation of the political situation. I give politicians abilities they never knew they had before, and give them money they never had a chance to have before. They work, oh yes. If they didn't, Makedonia wouldn't have given me any fight at all before they died with a whimper. They would have just...died with a whimper.
Tweaks?
Money and process_cq work.Quote:

so do toggle_fow, give_trait, show_cursorstat, move_character, summon_bartixian_death_ray, and so on.
so does ... equip_"unit name"_Lorica Segementata
release flaming_pigs works too.
As do spawn_arcani. This will however result in a complete theft of all your private information which will be transfered to a certain adress somewhere along the Aventine where a professional nerd will go through it all and steal any money you may have, delete any files and lay out any shameful material on all major forums, boards, chat sites and Youtube. Still worth it though.
...worth it for the nerd, you mean?
On a realistic note, did I also mention create_unit also works? That one is INCREDIBLY useful when I a) want to delay the Sweboz from expanding where they shouldn't, and b) instilling some fight into the AS, though I recently used to instill some fight in Ptolemaioi instead, who were getting owned by Hayasdan.
*takes a deep breath, and gulps down a gin and vermouth*
Did I ever tell anyone the last time I drank a double-shot caipirinha, I had to make two lunges at the restaurant door handle before I could catch it when it was time to leave?
*makes amorous advances on Disciple of Tacitus for mentioning Lorica Segmentata*
“Do not get blood on [my] hair.”
I love blitz's sig.
That line is like what the random Turian in that bar on Noveria, in Mass Effect says, "By the way, try not to get blood on the carpet.

That's just wrong, but I only say that b/c I am at THAT point in my Romani campaign where I must battle the endless hordes of Galatans/elite phalanxes that is the Yellow Death.

Ahhh - a classic martini man, I see.
Having no small amount of experience w/ caipirinhas, I can say that all REAL caipirinhas are double shots. It is - after all - the drink of carnaval. :yes:Quote:

*sigh* Not again. *hands Pez a slightly smoky drink that smells of limes, beaches, and scantily clad brasilian cariocas* Try this, you'll feel better.Quote:

How is it going. Nuff said.
:smug:
errr... actually Admetos is the current bartender. Pez is ... ... *searches for the right word* ... ... *still searching* .... "Pez".
*shrugs shoulders. Makes room for TruePraetorian at the bar. Motions for another round*
(stirs from a drunken stupor)
(crawls out from underneath a table in the corner)
(realizes a forum member said the Ptolies were getting owned by the Hayasdan)
(drinks the remaining contents of a nearby bottle)
(looks at the bottle, then at the forum member's head, then at the bottle again)
(without taking his eyes off the bottle, he feels his head with his fingers and winces)
(puts the bottle away, clears his throat and asks)
Did you help the Hayasdan in any way, or did they get to where they are now all by themselves? And what about the Seleukids?
*wonders if there is still a reason to be drunk*
*Listens to surrounding chatter*
*orders 3 and a half gallons of Whisky* :wall:
*drunkenly strokes TruePraetorian's beam cannon pistol and gropes him*
Of COURSE I helped the Hayasdan. Dammit, I practically spoonfed them. I bought lots of provinces off of AS and gifted them to Hayasdan via judicious use of the force diplomacy mod, then coaxed them into doing more than just maintaining hordes of apeleutheroi in them with generous gifts of money. It took Pontos' covetous eyes on Mazaka to wake them up. And then my Asian Legion had a damned hard time evicting their stacks of Caucasian Archers, Caucasian spearmen, cataphracts and Hye Zoravar from the western seaboard. But my rhomphaiaphoroi helped lots. :)
As it is, now they have taken Antiocheia and are getting...inquisitive in Phoenicia. And the Yellows are whimpering as they fall back, back and back. So I gave them three fullstacks of myself, and so far they've fought the Hayasdan to a stalemate but they only have like, one and a half fullstacks left. And the Hayasdan have got three on the way. Meep.
The Seleukids are split in three, the Euphrates-Tigris all the way up to Arbela, Asaak-Hekatompylos-Apameia, holding out against the Baktrians and bullying the Pahlava because they can't bully the Baktrians, and Gedrosia-India, the richest and most undesired real estate in the East.
The Hayasdan threat is such that the Skyblues are now at war with Pontos, Romani (me), Ptolemaioi, Sauromatae, and AS, and it's gotten to the stage that Pontos, me, Ptolemaioi, Sauromatae and AS have formed a Pact of Steel to deal with the Skyblues. But of course, since I don't have any common borders with the Hayasdan, it's the others doing all the fighting. :D
Pontos just betrayed the alliances though, by marching for Nikaia, so I attacked them instead. So now the alliance is, well, only the three largest factions in the game, and the most deadly cavalry-cataphract faction existent right now. (They have fullstacks comprising 14 cataphract units, and I don't know how I'm going to fight them) Against the faction that probably has the most number of ten-star generals ingame, and possibly one of the badass bodyguard units.
*settles back into drunken stupor after all those drinks*
'm a martini person alright, I got a bottle'f martini in my fridge at all times...
I am really bored, so inside the spoiler tags is a picture from the People's Democratic Republic of Soviet Cheeseheadlandistan.

Has anyone been to the "Casse/Catuvellauni?" thread lately? No wonder I hang out in here. Not that I'm not up for some scholarly debating, but that was getting downright intense.
Barkeep, just some really cold martinis w/ your best vodka - and don't use that bottle out of Pez's freezer!
Anyone else?
@Dhampir. 200 posts is not excessive. And we kind of like having you around.
@Hooahguy. Technically speaking it would be "...Sentence Periods . . . ."
