So, the snake has finally revealed itself, has it not? For as long as NATO has claimed to understand differences in Socialism from Yugoslavia to the Soviet Union, now it claims to wish my head, and the heads of my citizens, on a pike. NATO has revealed itself to be brutal monsters once again, bombing Belgrade, and causing suffering and misfortune upon innocents who are NOT involved in the war. Tell me, NATO, what is it that the women and children of Belgrade have done so far in this war? Or do you simply not care who gets in your path of destruction, even if they be women, children, and the elderly?

My people! I come to you today to refute NATO's slanderous propaganda. We, the republic of Yugoslavia, have done nothing but advance the smaller republics. They want you to rebel against me so that they might have an easier path with which to conquer us all! My people, do you wish to be put under the heel of Imperialist NATO? Now, to the smaller republics: as a token of my kindness, I offer a gift of $2,000,000 which you might use in whatever way you wish. To my allies, the Albanians, and to Skopje as well: you shall receive economic aid in addition, in these times of conflict. However, we cannot leave Kosovo yet, until the threat of the imperialist NATO dogs is no longer there. Once NATO has been dealt with, we shall leave Kosovo to you. In the meantime, I shall protect Kosovo from NATO incursion. And worry not, for NATO shall be dealt with. For example, Yugoslavian troops in Italy have liberated the city of Bologna, which gladly joined our mission to liberate the people of Italy from their Fascist NATO puppet government. Similarly, we shall liberate the people of Greece and Turkey as well from their NATO oppressors as well. My people, now, more than ever, we need to stand together as a nation, proud, against the ambitions of others to put our proud people under their foreign thumb. See what they have attempted against Belgrade? My people, that is just a taste of NATO brutality. Life under their rule will be naught but brutal oppression. My people, fight for your freedom, fight for you families, and finally, fight and stand together against NATO ambitions!

People of Yugoslavia

I tell you now that this war is not your war. Had you remained neutral, then you would have been separate from this war. There would be no bombing in Belgrade, no sons and brothers lost in Italy. Yet your leader, in his wisdom, decided to side with the aggressor, the Soviet Union. The same Soviet Union that years ago, within the memory of many people in Europe, who plotted to overthrow Tito and the Yugoslavian republic.

People of Yugoslavia, this war is not yours. Only now has war come to your borders, only now has conflict reached your homes. You need not suffer your ruler's arrogance, his irrational fear. Why are you compelled to attack the Italians or the Greeks? Stop this war now, resist the violence that now bombards the city of Belgrade and your nation.

Address to the people of Norway

My fellow countrymen! In these troubled times, we must stand together. The Russians have invaded our country, and they will not stop until every one of us submit to their oppressive rule. It is the duty of every Norwegians to fight and to defend this country. And with this, I call all true Norwegians to fulfill their duty for Norway; do not flee from this country, because no matter where you go, the Russians will hunt you down. To our NATO allies, particularly the Americans and the British, we appreciate and thank very much for your aid and cooperation. Although the Russians have occupied many territories in Europe, we shall defeat and drive them back to their capital.

I urge the Poles and Germans to see the error of their ways. What will they gain by taking part in a war that bring to them nothing? The war waged by the elites in Kremlin who barely recognize the sufferings felt by their subjects let alone people, peasants and workers, in Eastern Europe?

I also urge my Nordic brothers in Sweden and Finland to see the horror, crimes, and aristocracies committed by the Soviet Army. What we are witnessing now is something far more dangerous than the Nazi has done twenty years ago. What they said in media, their actions spoke otherwise. Look what they have done in Denmark! Once they have conquered and enslaved the people of Western Europe, I have no doubt they will prey on you. We must unite and together we will be able to defeat these barbarous invaders!

The Soviet Union would like to adress the people of Sweden and their honored Prime Minister.

We wish to assure the peace-loving Swedes that there are in no way military preparations against Swedish neutrality. So long as you respect your own neutrality we will indeed be steadfast in observing proper conduct concerning Neutral powers. I wish to guarantee yet again that so long as there is no action taken on the part of Sweden to enter the conflict against the victorious Warsaw Pact, their lives and property will be respected. However, if there is a move to attack Warsaw Pact forces in any way shape or form; or there are obvious signs that Sweden is aiding the forces of NATO in any way; we will view it as an overt declaration of hostilities and our armed forces will not hesitate to exact the swiftest and most punishing of retributions your country has ever seen. The swedish people have nothing to gain but death and misery from a war with their neighbor's the Soviets and Poles and Germans. Let us live in peace and, if not in friendship than at least in harmony.

Concerning the death of the ex-king of Denmark.

The Soviet Union wishes to allay suspicions concerning the death of the King of Denmark. His death was a tragedy, as is every death. But none more so than the pettiest of criminals. His former office gives him no more homage than were he to have none. Still allow me to state that the helicopter accident was just that. NATO in their foolishness fought to conquer Denmark and shot down their own former nominal leader. He was on a helicopter to be extracted for his own personal safety.

We would like to say that had the Soviet Union done it earlier, they could not have blamed the death on the NATO forces.

We of the Derfasciti faction would like to state that the aforementioned statement was OOC. :P

Yugoslavia wishes to echo the words of our Soviet allies. The Warsaw Pact has never, and never shall, violate the neutrality of sovereign nations like NATO. We respect their wishes to avoid fighting in this conflict, and we shall honor them. However, any who side with NATO shall have to deal with the might of the Warsaw Pact. We shall give no leave to those who declare themselves to side with NATO, and shall liberate the peoples of all governments who would stand in the way of equality and freedom.
