Can Beefy187 show up, or can someone explain his MO to me? My only previous experience of him was in M6, when I suspected him of being pever's alt-account, such was his inactivity. If he's been in any Mafia games since then, I'd like someone to explain how he plays. Alternatively, he can show up here and explain himself.

Its weird how your making a useless vote for someone just becuase you want to know how he plays in previous games? :inquisitive: I'm not the most experienced in mafia games, but I find that rather scummy, like hes trying to start a bandwagon on a bad reason.

A question for GH -- does it make your life hellish when we're voting and unvoting like crazy?

I'm going to stick with my vote for now. New kids make me nervous. Sasaki's "What if I were the detective" gambit doesn't seem worth piling on for. Besides, with all of the suspicion he has aroused, the mafia are sure to leave him alone for a long time. That's one likely innocent villager on our side who's more or less mafia-proof.

Gad, this game makes me contort my reasoning until it bends back on itself.

Nah, with six installments and a couple of minis under my belt I can handle it pretty well by now.

It does, however, make life harder when people don't say who they're unvoting... :furious3:

Hm.... hm hm hrm hrm hmmmmm.....

Just got through catching up on the thread. Sasaki's little joke looked obvious enough to me; not quite sure why some people took it seriously. It was obviously not a reveal, and never claimed to be. I figured immediately that he was just up to his usual tactics of drumming up a bandwagon and watching the responses. Interesting to see who jumped on it... yes, veeery eenteresting... :study:

Firstly, I think that we need to take our votes off both DonC and Sasaki for now; they've both shrugged the incident off and it would be stupid for either to die as a result of it.

Secondly, watch Andres - he should have known better in that particular incident.

Finally, I think that Husar seems to be over-analysing things a fair bit, especially for round one.

I'll elaborate a bit more: 1) because he stated the obvious without actually contributing much to the discussion 2) because he said he had an eye on some players: those that bandwagoned + those who are lurking and "should know better", yet he doesn't attack any of them. It seems like he is holding himself, like he doesn't want to vote. It's a post that looks helpful, but in fact isn't. He also says it's good to generate discussion, because it forces people to take a stand, yet he doesn't take a stand himself.
