I'm not saying I know he is guilty, or that it is even a strong lead.
Aries can play however he wants, but I'm not going to not vote for someone just because they always have a style of play that makes them suspicious.
Ignorance is never a plea. The idea that someone is innocent because they wouldn't know what they are saying is a fallacy. He has the same access to information as everyone else, as far as I know.

Woo! Real discussion! :cheerleader:
Btw, I'm willing to give Ares the benefit of the doubt here, at least for another round. I've played with several "terminally suspicious" townies in the past and Ares may fit that mold. Also, White eyes is still more suspicious in my mind.

On serious note, I don't see anyone standing out just yet. I say we should wait for the kill to take place before we go around lynching peoples.
Hmm.....GH voted for white_eyes a few post above yours. Were you trying to break the huge 1 vote tie to get someoney lynched?
Vote:Beefy
As for White_eyes I don't really see anything from him thats suspicious. Ares isn't acting that scummy either so I dunno who we should lynch....

Yoyoma seems obsessed with a forgery expert being the traitor, i was just giving my opinion, i thought there were more suspicious role than someone who can forge, if i was a necromancer and said it was an innocent role then u know im just lying though my teeth, the fact that it warrants reason to vote for me is a bit baseless don't you think? I'm suprised you didn't notice it earlier, it's not like i was sub consciously trying to brainwash you, i clearly stated i was the forgery expert before doing that post, in fairness though i know very little about the FBI, i just assumed there a gang of spies....but if FBI is to do with fraud then yes, your right.
edit: my post shouldnt read quick, i just forget to put full stops in :clown:

You're putting words in my mouth.
A) It has nothing to do with your job, it's how you present it to us.
B) I did notice it earlier, and I discussed it in previous posts. Look at #158.
C) Again, I don't trust people who play ignorant. I've seen enough guilty people try to dumb themselves down to look less suspicious.
Look, you asked everyone to disclose their roles, then listed your own as one of the least likely to be guilty. You don't think that's at least a bit funny?
I repeat, I don't care what your job is, it's the fact that you A) Were the first to try and bring it as a way of vetting suspects, and then B) try to use your own role as a shield.

Then Ares? yeah I know  (but just about everyone is more suspicious in my mind....:juggle2:) But why did you and Beefy, vote for me all of a sudden? (It's like you want someone lynched.....) but for now it's a tie.....and I have no idea how to tell if we are getting anywhere in this discussion or are just voting and lynching at random....:sweatdrop:

Mine is a completely random vote, as I thought no one has voted for you this round and obviously I was wrong.
When I use the word mafia, your name comes in my mind first :clown:

Guys, no one really have any solid evidence against anyone, except hunches that's likely to be wrong. I think we should avoid any lynches this round, we can afford it. If the mafia isn't going to cut down on our numbers then neither should we?

Day Two is over. We have a tie, so the next vote is the tiebreaker.
Neither party looks guiltier than the other, or anyone else in fact.
I'd hate to be the one that have to lynch either of them, so I won't. Vote stays (abstain).

I need a clear winner to proceed. Your vote remaining the same means I still need a tiebreaker.

Apologies, QJC, you werent in the tally as an abstain.
That makes 3 for abstain. There is no tie.

CLASSIFIED FBI LOG

The tanker continued on it's journey.
The 13 remaining sat with their guns pointing down, and they read off the votes. White_Eyes and 777Ares777 were the only ones with more than one vote, and more people decided not to vote. As a result, they concluded that no one was going to die today. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief and began to relax.
We will continue the surveillance. Everyone has revealed who they are, and so working out who the traitor is should be relatively simple.
Begin Night Two.
The traitor among them had once again decided not to execute anyone. This night passed uneventfully.
I have a gripe - technically, "abstain" means you have no preference as to who is lynched, and is more to indicate your continued particpation. There has always been a difference between that and "no lynch".
Anyways, Vote: White Eyes

Re: The Golden Rule (IN PLAY)
Understood, GH.
I had to decide whether we were going to lynch White_Eyes or Ares, and there was no clear winner, and we were past the deadline. I was either going to randomize it, double lynch, or no lynch. However, more of you voted to abstain than to lynch a particular person, so in fairness this round, no one should have been lynched.
I'm sorry, but the responsibility rests on town to come up with a clear winner. And I do agree with you, GH. From now on, Vote: Abstain is not allowed. You must vote, and if you don't want a lynch, please vote: No lynch.
Rule change:
Vote: Abstain is prohibited as it is not technically a vote.
Vote: No lynch is acceptable however.
You must vote.

Re: The Golden Rule (IN PLAY)
GH seems to be talking and voting, thats good. So this round I'm gonna vote...QJC, for his cowardly dislike for killing people because there is a small chance they could be the killer.
Vote: Quintus JC
Let there be DEATHS! :devilish:

Re: The Golden Rule (IN PLAY)
Logics Shlin.
We can't lose unless the traitor kills, and the traitor cannot win unless he kills. Why should we help him win?
If we vote for people to lynch then we have a small chance of killing the traitor, true. But I think the possibility of lynching a innocent townie is far higher than the former. Therefore the safest, although not the most exciting way is to avoid any lynches altogether until the traitor decides to show-up and actually do something for a change.
Maybe you have some other motive for my lynch other then seeing some blood?

Re: The Golden Rule (IN PLAY)
Pretending to be a diplomat has weakened your resolve my friend, where is the good old berserker who hungered for blood before?
Anyways, if you are such a firm believer in "no deaths", at least vote no lynch... :beam:

I'm not voting no lynch yet because I know in this game Day and Night phrase is combined and therefore longer than normal. Also I have lots of time on my hands since the holidays, so I'll sure to throw in my vote at whoever when I feel its the right time to do so.
