Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
What is a 2 by 4? :inquisitive:
Apparently i found some highly sought after rifle ammo... if i remember correctly Diana is the only one with a rifle and she already got ammo from someone...not sure if it still highly sought after still
let me know what to do with it...
Action: Man the Barricade

Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
Eat it. If you're already dead, you can't become a zombie.
A 2 by 4 is just a big plank of wood.
-
Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
@ atheotes
Please don't eat it, I sure we can always use more ammo. This is only night 1, and with more zombies, I'm sure, in future nights, we will need it.
-
Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
Cheers White_eyes. I am now slightly stronger... :2thumbsup:
Nao... All I need is some ammo :laugh4:
-
Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
I could probably end the round as soon as everyone has had a chance to post their night actions.
Do we have 13 night actions yet? Me is lazy, but I will look.
-
Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
I counted 14, but we (we I mean you) definately have 13.
-
Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
Man the Barricade: 12 (Tratorix, Diana, Split, YLC, TheFlax, AVSM, DiY, Beefy, Khazaar, CDF, White, athe)
Escape: 1 (Captain Blackadder)
I think I got all the night actions too, so I need to start rolling dice.

I know the results. Captain Blackadder escaped on his foraged F-15, Pevergreen and his zombies perform a pantomine then kill Sasaki Kojito turning him into a zombie.

Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
The people of Fair Haven noticed, as soon as the sun went down, that there were sounds coming from the forest in all directions. This did not bode well for them. They gathered in the town square to discuss precisely what they had to do.
Danny Nashville: I reckon we need to stick together and fight them off!
Toby Madison: I agree. That seems to be the most sensible plan.
Houston Whitmore: Then it is decided. We need to find some place we can hide and hold them off.
Frankfurt Mulligan: How about that old church? The stone walls should provide some protection.
Veronica Orleans: You gents can do whatever you want. I've seen these things before, and I know that they won't be stopped by simply barricading yourself inside a church. They will swarm through this town and they won't stop until we are all dead. I'm outta here.*Veronica begins running as fast as she can towards the Canadian border*
Claude Jacksonville: No, stay here! If you go out into the forest with those things around, it will be suicide!
Cleveland King: Let her go. Maybe she can find her way out of here and send help. In the meantime, everyone who is serious about surviving tonight, we need to get inside that church and board it up quickly.
Everyone else entered the church and began to rip apart the church pews and hammer them into the walls to cover up the windows. They barred the doors to the church and pushed several statues of Mary against the door for extra weight. They heard the sounds of creatures outside, and they gathered at the back of the church, directly underneath a giant, glorious fresco of Jesus. Some of the villagers said quiet prayers and waited for the inevitable. The sounds outside lasted for nearly an hour, until it appeared as though they had stopped. Everyone was very, very tense... but it looked like the worst of it was over. Many of the villagers held twisted pieces of wood with nails sticking out of them as weapons. They waited behind upturned church pews and some other pieces of wooden furniture, and those with handguns or rifles took cover behind them, aiming at the windows. For many long, tense minutes, the night dragged on. Some of the villagers thought about what might have happened to Veronica, but none of them dared say a word. Outside, the groaning was getting louder. Suddenly, they heard banging on the doors of the church, and loud moaning. They could see dark figures holding torches outside through the stained-glass windows. Everyone readied their weapons. A rather large, hulking figure began banging on one of the windows, but could not break through the glass. Then he seemed to leave.*SMASH*
The glass shattered from the impact of a stone statue being used as a battering ram. The wooden boards also broke, and now a swarm of zombies began pouring into the church through the open window. Several of the villagers began firing their weapons, and zombie after zombie began to fall. But there were too many zombies and not enough people shooting, so several of the villagers holding boards and nails rushed forward and began beating back the horde as they tried to climb through the open window.
There were still a few zombies left inside the church, being picked off one by one with handguns, but one of the zombies came dangerously close to Cleveland King, and just as he was about to get bitten, another villager aimed his hunting rifle and blasted the creature's head clean off. It still managed to grab ahold of Cleveland and began wrestling him to the ground. King fell into a large piece of glass and impaled his stomach on it, crying out in pain. The other villagers came close and began beating the decapitated zombie off of him, bludgeoning it until it stopped moving. Another pair of villagers pushed a stone statue against the open window, and the men with handguns began picking off any zombie that dared try to move it. This went on for what seemed like forever... but then it was over. The zombies began to shout strange grunting noises... as if they were surprised by something. Then they began running in a northern direction. It seems they found some easier prey....
Veronica Orleans was out in the forest, running as fast as she could. However, there were zombies everywhere... all around her! They couldn't move very fast, so she attempted to simply run past them. They tried to keep up with her, but she made it down the path towards Rural Route 2. She would be safe on the highway... perhaps she could even get a ride out of this place. The zombies were close behind, holding torches and pitchforks... moaning about eating her brains. On both sides of the highway, there came more and more zombies... it seems that the zombie horde from Raccoon City made it all the way to Fair Haven, looking for fresh meat to enjoy. But the bridge was up ahead, if she could only just make it... she ran as fast she could, even though her legs were starting to feel serious pain. The bridge was getting closer.... closer... and the zombies were falling further and further behind. She had made it, or so she thought.
It looks like the bridge was out. And the drop would be lethal... all she could do was turn around and face the horde, which was approaching rapidly. She steeled herself against the inevitable... but then remembered there was still a way out... she ran directly toward the horde of zombies and held her weapon tightly in her hands. Just as they were upon her, she whipped the Flash Grenade directly into the center of the horde. The brilliant flare produced an intense flash of light, which continued to burn for several minutes. Many of the zombies were stunned by the light, and the ones which weren't began to flee into the woods. Veronica was exhausted but she continued to run... all the way back to the village.
Meanwhile, inside the church, the rest of the villagers attempted to get some sleep. John Dover, on the other hand, wasn't really able to put the nightmarish images of the zombies out of his mind. That's why when he heard the door creaking open behind him, he was fully aware that someone had entered his room unannounced. In a reflection on the mirror, he saw a dark figure approaching, wielding some sort of weapon. Just as the intruder raised the weapon up high for the killing blow, John turned very quickly and he used the wooden board as a brace, and it blocked the weapon from reaching his head. He immediately began screaming for help, and someone from the next room responded. The rescuer tackled the intruder, and nearly got their head knocked off for their trouble. By then, John had raised his firearm and began shooting into the dark, at the figure wielding the weapon. However, the intruder was too fast and ran straight towards the window and dove straight through it, shattering it completely. It looked like the murder attempt was unsuccessful.
Mary Baltimore woke up the next morning with a terrible cough and a fever, but otherwise seemed ok. The doctor gave her an examination and determined that she hadn't been infected by the T-virus. As for Cleveland King, his wounds were minor and could be treated. Other than these minor ailments and injuries, everyone survived the night, and Veronica Orleans returned back to the village unharmed.

Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
If you had any handgun ammo, that ammo was reduced by one clip.
If you had rifle ammo, that ammo was reduced by one clip.
The flash grenade was used up.

Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
So, what is wrong with Mary Baltimore. A subtle hint that she can turn on us or just write up fodder?
BA, glad to have you back with us... looks like whilst your 50% escape failed your 50% live worked :2thumbsup:.
I'll post my day action later, thinking... pizza you got mail.
Who is Cleveland King? How major/minor are his wounds... if a person gets injured by a zombie , can he turn into a zombie?

Why don't you start by telling us who you are. Character name, occupation, and what you have that can help us.

Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
Tratorix has shown that it is possible to be injured during the night phase. I'll like to know if it isn't classified how who gets injured in night phases (barricade) is determined. Eg: Zombies target the guy in particular, or just some random bad luck, or whether he failed a roll but not too badly. If your hp is below 75% I think it'd be bad as that means a substantially lower chance of surviving a zombie attack whilst foraging.

I'm glad I was able to demonstrate that for you. :laugh4:

Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
Day Action: Forage
With an extra zombie, do we need to man the guard post?
-
Re: Resident Evil: Omega (In Play)
If you have a special ability, you can use that IN ADDITION to foraging, manning the guard post, manning the barricade, etc.
Yes, yes you can do both actions. Everyone can do the basic actions, otherwise you would be able to determine who was murdering or defending.

I was planning to, but I had to eat lunch first :laugh4:
Now Captain Blackadder is definitely not the mafia (Probebly an Unbrella agent trying to infect us all) as the aim of the mafia is to kill all the towns. Captain Blackadder clearly attempted to escape the town. Therefore he is comfirmed innocent.
Now umbrella agent are someone mad enough to remain in a zombie flooded territory. Surely he has some plans on how to keep him self protected from the zombie hordes. Therefore unless he cuts him self on purpose, those two injured are also likely innocent.
Question to the host. How does being injured etc gets calculated? Is it completely random or is some more likely to survive zombie attack then others?

I need to Forage for my ammo, unless someone has any.
