Not much to say about our Liberators. Bithys, Alexandros and Arrhenides have moved their armies north of the city. All of them are waiting what will happen next. Whether the Mysiakes Duo attacks the city or will they wait longer?
Added the upkeep cost, 7913 mnai.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Moved Polyxenidos Lykikos to Babylonia just like he asked. Also moved Parthian Army towards Ekbatana and Captain Polianthes around the mountains so that the Rebels wouldn't attack him.
Used my powers as a Basileus and moved Dioiketes ancillary from Theodoros Syriakos to Phanias Lydikes.
Disbanded Peltastai unit in Mazaka and I want Akontistai unit to be recruited in Antiocheia.
While I disbanded Peltastai in Mazaka I saw a weird bug. It showed Sarpedon Syriakos as a governor there but also I saw that he was a governor in Sardis! Don't know what to think of it!

Yes, I noticed this shortly after I became satrap as well, but figured that it was because I got the satrap ancillary thing. Was that not why? If not, it's still hardly a bad bug. :sleepy:

it might put you in the battle if the city gets attacked.

Re: Basileus' and Chancellors Reports
Chancellor Report, Winter 267 BCE
Buildings
The construction of a few buildings have been ordered. In Sardis there will be a school, in Alexandreia-Ariana there will be homes for military settlers, a conscription center in Pergamon and last and least, some basic farming in Gabai.
This season a government has finally been put in place in Halikarnassos, a game field is in place in Babylon and a small temple to Mithras in Hekatompylos.
Military
A new unit of Caucasian archers has been raised in Mazaka for my Royal Army, and the pre-existing ones have made it to Pergamon and has been retrained there.
Internal affairs
The citizens of Side are almost ready to revolt, which reports say is to a large degree because of some hostile agents in the city. The populace of Antiocheia are roused as well, though we have no knowledge of any agents present there.
Foreign affairs
The Karthadastim have signed a peace treaty with Epeiros.
Misc.
The prodromoi and jews from my army has been moved further towards Antiocheia.

I want to remind Celtic_Punk and Incitatus that they can't move their avatars before I have done the moves for the Event which I shall do first thing in the morning. The reason is that I want to give 00jebus the chance to attack the city.

Moved the 1st Lydian Army (with permission from Chaotix in his absence) east to engage Eleutheroi Army Commanded by Captain Epaphras. They are just north of Tarsos and are blocking the road there. We will reach them next season in time to do battle.

After some heated discussions Arrhenides Gedrosianos and Alexandros Syriakos decided to leave the Cause and headed to Sidon. Their Army, after the leave of their Commanders, decided to leave it too. Units were disbanded and men went back to their homes. Bithys Parthiakes is still staying in his camp north of Hierosolyma and waiting what will happen to the siege of the town. Timarchos Mysiakes and Attalos Mysiakes are taking their time. No need to rush into attack of a town which garrison is almost as big as their army. So they wait...
Added upkeep cost: 4887 mnai
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unit of Akontistai should be recruited in Antiocheia to keep the public order.
Moved Parthian Army towards Seleukeia.
Moved Captain Polianthes towards Antiocheia. They belong to the Sarpedon's Royal Army and should be recruited once they arrive there.

Fixed the tax thing, moved my RA to Sardis, went to Ipsos myself while sending the garrisons of Sardis and Ipsos to Pergamon, which necessitates the training of new garrisons (see my SOT post). Moved my Caucasian Archers in Mazaka towards Ipsos/Sardis and my Prodromoi + Jews towards Antiocheia for retraining.

Sorry if I kept anyone waiting.
I had some problems with igfx vizualization controller problems (or something like that with my user) the whole pc was slow has hell when i started the game, wtf? Can anyone help me with that.
So I tried another user on the same pc and the game worked fine.
Report:
The rebels have been destroyed - CV
The city's garrison reinforced the fight without my intention - they suffered no casualties.
Received Man of the Hour, for my character, adoption. I could not see who was the benefactor, so I guess it's up for the Basileus to decide. I minimized the scroll.

Re: Basileus' and Chancellors Reports
MerlinusCDXX, if you take the save then accept the MotH offer and find out who is the Benefactor, then PM that player. If he haven't answered within 24 hours then unfortunatly you must take the save again and decline the offer.
Another thing, could you please put 3 RBG's into the recruitment queue in Seleukeia.
EDIT: I took the save and the MotH offer is for Andromachos Syriakos (Hax).
Another thing, looks like there is some kind of problem with the save. When I took the save posted by kingsnake I found that Lydian Army haven't moved, Alexandros Arrhenides were still near Hierosolyma.
Anyway, this is the new save where everything should be the way they should: http://files.filefront.com/WotB+266+.../fileinfo.html
Merlinus, you still need to recruit those RBG's since I forgot to do that because of the mess.(Never mind Alerion took Theodoros Syriakos:shame:)

Chancellor's Report; Spring 266
Military a unit of Akontistai were raised in Antiocheia, and are keeping order as part of the garrison, and the Persian Archers of the Hekatompylos garrison were retrained.
Construction a city-state festival ground was begun in Halikarnassos. The city-state festival ground in Side was completed, as was the Temple of Ataragtis in Sidon.
Internal Affairs we have narrowly averted rioting or worse in Side and Antiocheia, let us thank our speedy construction crews in Side, and the brave volunteers of the Antiocheia garrison. In more joyous news, our Celtic Strategos, "Cunobelinus" Arrhenides Gedrosianos has married Bu-Itum of Sidon, may their marriage be a joyous one. Also, congratulations are in order for Timarchos Mysiakes on the birth of his son, Palamedes Anaias. Our Arche has finally been accorded our due, as we are recognized as the most advanced nation in the world.
Foreign Affairs the 2 Pontic armies near Ipsos have joined forces and moved towards Strategos Theodotas T. Pisidikes' position.
Misc My personal forces are back in Parthava, and moving toward a group of rebels SE of the Satrapal Capitol. In other news, our blind council member, Polyxenos Lykikos has gone back into the mercantile business again, and has contracted with an Indian Trader in Babylon.

Engaged the Eleutheroi Army Commanded by Captain Epaphras. They ran like cowards however but as they can no longer retreat any further, I will smash them into the sea if I must(They are now off the road and no longer blocking Tarsos with their backs to the Mediterranean). Unfortunately, the battle will wait one more turn into autumn.

Nothing new from Ioudaia. Timarchos and Attalos Mysiakes are still besieging the town and seems like they want to starve the garrison to surrender. Bithys Parthiakes is still waiting his chance and secretly hoping that the garrison would sallie and destroy the Mysiakes' Army.
Added 4887 mnai, the upkeep of the Liberators Armies.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Moved Captain Polianthes(Sarpedons RA units) towards Antiocheia; Captain Sositratos(Parthian Army) towards Seleukeia; Arrhenides Gedrosianos to Antiocheia(he should arrive to Syrian Army within couple of turns).
Updated my SOT.
EDIT: Merlinus, please recruit 3 RBG's in Seleukeia!

Except, of course, Ibn moved my units and I forgot to move the Caucs this time. :shame: If anyone could move them towards Ipsos I'd be thankful. They should be in Mazaka.

Done.
Moved my avatar towards the 1st Parthian Army to take control over it by direct order of Basileus Antiochos Syriakos. Will reach the army next turn and lead it to victory over the Rebels east of Babylon.
I also moved a unit of caucasian archers from Mazaka towards Ipsos at the request of TCV.
