RK, I was heinekilled. I may be dead wrong about my suspicion of you, but I can hardly be thought of as lying to protect my mafia partners. :devilish:
If you are a lynched innocent, my apologies -- but please see the post above.

Re: The incredible evil plot of the evil beersalesmen
Nevermind. Stupid ISP billed us with 5Gig of Downloads we never used. All fixed now though.
Nice summary on why Bandwagonning is a good thing Seamus. It can help teh town, but at the same time it is a double edged sword in that so often a townie does get lynched. That said, teh towns advantages are in their abilities to soak such casualties up.

Re: The incredible evil plot of the evil beersalesmen
concerning WoG's...
I am wondering why TwilightBlade who has posted only twice and not voted at all, is still in this game?
Lorenzo was WoG'ed last round with the same stats.
-
Re: The incredible evil plot of the evil beersalesmen
Lorenzo is inactive, he never recieved the role PM
I gave Twilight a chance to come back, he will be WoG'ed if he doesn't post before the end of the next night fase (3 hours). Xdeathfire will be WoG'ed if he doesn't vote. Voting is important if you want the game to progress, people who don't vote are not helping discussion and no discussion make sure the game dies.
Likewise Andres, Sasaki, Omanes, CA and Khaan will recieve an angry PM if they don't vote next time, even tho they are active.
If I ever host a game again I already have a new rule:
Not voting counts as voting for No Lynch, that will make sure people will be active, as they need to be, no more lurking and destroying games with it.
But that's for a future game.

Re: The incredible evil plot of the evil beersalesmen
I think that's a good idea Stig.

Well, it's 20.40 (GMT+1), so I guess the night is over.

You had your fun.
Now, can you please explain your vote to me? A simple click on the "find more posts from Roadkill" would have told you he wasn't online the last couple of days...
Besides, you have played several games with Roadkill and you should know lurking is his style, regardless of guilt or not.

GH 2 (Shlin, WM)

Do you know how many mafia games I have played Andres? It's probably more than you have I can't be held accountable for remembering everyone's playing styles. And if he is a lurker then he wouldn't really help the town out anyways only make random post's here and there.
I fail to see the point in all this.

And a little bit later then normal, but Night 4 has ended, Day 4 has started, do vote
??? was sitting at home when the doorbell rang. ??? walked to the door and opened it, only to see a Heineken salesmen.
"Goodnight my friend, how would you like to buy some Heineken?"
"Oh yes, I would like to, I'm dieing to drink some beer again, ever since I lost my job I'm out of money."
"Well in did case join our selling team, so you will start making some money. All you need to do is try selling beer to people, the more you sell the more money you make."
"I would like to, where do I need to apply?"
"You can follow me, my friend."
WM was walking down the street when he saw a salesmen at the end of the street. He turned around, but saw another salesmen at the other end.
He started running and ran into an alley, which again had another salesmen. So he again turned and saw the other salesmen coming towards him. He pushed a little schoolkid from his bicycle and started peddling.
"This town isn't safe anymore," he yelled, "I'm leaving."
Ichigo was walking down the street when he saw someone coming in his direction.
"I DON'T WANT YOU IN MY TOWN," the someone yelled.
Ichigo really didn't know what was happening to him and kept walking, but the closer he got the more he wanted to turn around and run, as he had seen many others do in the past days.
When he could look the person in the eyes he finally made his decision, to run.
As fast as he could he fled town. Only to see that the person was distributing Wanted Posters through the town.
He could never return now.

Looks as if the salesmen have a new associate. Pity, since there are few decent leads at the moment.

Two questions:
1) Can the mafia convert a player with a special role?
2) Can the mafia convert a player with a secret role?
-
Re: The incredible evil plot of the evil beersalesmen
No, they can convert weak townies, but those townies don't know they are weak townies.
-
Re: The incredible evil plot of the evil beersalesmen
You mean we don't know if we are strong or weak? Weak ones get converted to mafia and strong ones get kicked out?
-
Re: The incredible evil plot of the evil beersalesmen
Aye, but the weak townies don't know they are weak townies either (I don't want them to go looking for the mafia).

Your personal argumentation for that vote was, hm, non-existant.
At that time, two players were suspect: GK and GH. You voted one of them and at the same time, you accused GH, the other "suspect", meanwhile stating the obvious. It's a typical 'neutral' post. A post which doesn't say much and looks helpful. The kind of posts usually made by a mafioso.

At that time, you weren't very active either. Hypocrisy. You also, again, stated the obvious in that post. It was another one of those 'neutral' posts: it sounds helpful, but really doesn't say much.

Typical mafia behaviour, too much trying to sound neutral and helpful at the same time. Trying to look like the helpful, participating player, but actually not saying too much.

I thought it odd that you would vote for me in that round, and then in the same post, list reasons why someone else was suspicious. Seems rather scummy to me. Also, you misspelled my name.

Nice of you to show up khaan.

Re: The incredible evil plot of the evil beersalesmen
Hmmm, I thought for a second that Andres was the converted person. However, I went back and checked, and an attempted conversion was made on him night 1. It failed, so he is a strong-willed townie. Therefore we know he is to be trusted. I find it interesting that he hasn't died at this point.

Hmmm, this seems un-helpful to me. He notes that there are few useful leads, yet at the same time he does not make any attempt to provide one.

What exactly is interesting about Andres lack of death? Doesn't the fact that he was attacked prove his innocence?

Re: The incredible evil plot of the evil beersalesmen
I thought Andres was already attacked by the salesmen and survived.

Fine, lynch me if you want, at least it will move the game alone and help the townies.
And Khann, someone else was suspicious, but you sound more suspicious, so i voted for you.
And you didnt spell my full name, therefore

It's Omanes' usual style. You should know that by now. Trying to divert attention away from your new master, Shlin28?
