Why didn't they compare it to toilet bowls...cause it would probably be 4 or 5 toilet bowls for me. Maybe I should get one of those laser light keyboards since the image would be projected onto the desk.Quote:

1. Once a week or so, wipe down your keyboard with a paper towel and some 71% isopropyl alcohol. The 71% has more water content but it kills germs better.
2. Contrary to many's belief, you CAN stick your keyboard through the dishwasher, I've done it several times. The best way by far is to separate the keyboard into it's parts, usually there's a top and bottom plastic shell, and an internal circuit board w/all the electronics. Shove the plastic stuff through the washer (make sure the keys won't fly off) and clean the electronics board with some 71% iso manually. Let everything dry completely for several days! If you're really in a pinch, you CAN shove the whole thing in there and wash it, but it won't get as clean because of water being trapped inside of it, AND you'll have a much, much, much, much longer drying time. In short, best thing is to take it apart and wash it that way.

Not to mention that it has an extra layer on it consisting of stains of milk & soda, spaghetti, cake, crumbs, dried....stuff caked onto it lol. Now that I think about it, I have the most edible keyboard in the world atm hehe. But, it looks like a vacation to the dishwasher is in the making. And on top of that, I just found out that in a zombie apocalypse, Im the extra who'd prolly die or break away from the group and survive unscathed lol and 60% geek. No wonder I have an edible keyboard with a 50/50 chance of being zombified while talking Klingon lol.Quote:
