The dead cannot reveal anything, including previous night actions, but they may participate as much as they want to contribute to general discussion. The dead also may not communicate outside the thread in any way, shape, or form relating to this game, be it via PM, chat, quicktopic, or other. Please do not PM the dead as well, to avoid any confusion.

Vote: No lynch is allowed. Mafia are allowed to choose No Murder as an option, as well as the Serial Killer.

If you wish to take back a vote, you CANNOT do it by editing a previous post. I will not count it. Period. You must unvote:playerX in order to recant the previous vote. In order to vote for someone, you must do so in the usual Vote:makaikhaan style. Votes must be bolded, for reference.

If you need to drop out, please private message me, and I will find an alternate for you or use Random.org to play your character for you. Although players may be banished from the game by the Wrath of the Five Fingered God, characters will not be.

Suicide is not allowed. You must post every session or you shall be warned/replaced.

Cheating (definition determined by moderator's judgment) is not allowed. If any cheating occurs, players will be ejected from the game. No hard feelings. Breaches of protocol may be forgiven if brought to my attention.

Running tallies are allowed and encouraged, messing with the tally will result in a warning. A second error will result in being ejected from the game.

As soon as everyone checks in and three days have passed, sign ups will be finished and roles will be sent out. Game will begin soon... stay tuned!

This is Kent Brockman reporting for Channel 6 eyewitness news. Several bodies have been found lying in Springfield Gorge, and they have been burned and mangled so badly that they have yet to be identified. It looks as though 7 distinct bodies have been tossed here...

This reporter is concerned, because the perpetrator of this horrendous crime could be anyone! The Springfield Mafia have been successful in eliminating their rivals from Springfield's little Chinatown district. They could be behind these latest foul murders.

Also, this reporter notes that Sideshow Bob has been released on parole for the 10th time in as many years. It's entirely possible his murderous rampage will continue tonight.

This just in, over in Itchy and Scratchyland there's been a terrible accident. Two of the park's automaton robots have malfunctioned and are now on the loose! This may be a result of the latest UFO sighting.

Finally, there have been several reports of people being viciously mauled by violent cats. I am not sure how this is happening, but we will keep you updated as the dramatic events unfold.

Mayor Quimby has been contacted at his vacation home in Florida, but the Mayor had no comment.

On an editorial note, this reporter strongly urges mob rule, in the absence of the Mayor, we are left to fend for ourselves. Everyone should grab a torch and pitchfork and meet me at the statue of Jebediah Springfield by dusk tonight, so that we may begin randomly eliminating potentially guilty people until this crime wave is over.

I've got my pitchfork. Several are available for purchase down at Cletus Spuckler's farmhouse, just in case anyone is presently unarmed. Also, Channel 6 is offering limited edition torches to commemorate this terrible tragedy. Canisters of gasoline may be purchased at the Kwik-E-mart, the Gas-N-Guzzle, and the Arsonist's Bazaar.

This foul city is nothing more than a modern day Sodom or Gomorrah. I suggest we bring the wrath of God down upon those unfortunate souls who do not vote for a lynch.

Helpful note from the host:

There will be several mafia murders, a serial killer murder, a robot murder, an alien abduction, a mauling, and a vigilante killing every night until certain characters die off.

Some players can block, and at least one knows how to revive dead players. Basically, this game will be a bloodbath, but it shouldn't be over too quickly.
