So there are a few screenshots going up now, but thought maybe somewhere to put a request of screenshots for those of us not getting the game on day one would be good.
Okay...to those of you who get the game soonish (aka before the 7th like me)
I would like to see a screenshot of the Choose the Faction Screen.
I always set it as my wall paper before I buy the game and it helps get me in the mood.

What resolution would you like?
This is a good idea. I'm happy to fufill any requests. My default res will be 1680x1050.
Graphics will be high. Any faction will be possible. :wink:

Any faction is fine, preferably Austria is possible.

They actually get a fair bit more of Canada then I thought. It's pretty intriguing. What I don't get is why is the only thing they hold in france paris?
Shouldn't they hold some of the smaller provinces or something?
I guess the trade theatres arn't shown, but I'd think they'd also own something in the Carribean.
Hm I'm not that familiar with the history of Louisiana but I thought it should have been french in 1700

Austria, Austria and more Austria is needed! Some Imperial Grenadiers and Jagers.
Maybe protectorates don't show up on the owning faction's selection screen? If you look at the selection screen for Britain here (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showt...=113093&page=4), it doesn't show them as controlling the 13 colonies. Probably the same for France with Louisiana, and though Florida does show up when selecting Spain...Quote:

Looks like they ditched the (semi) traditional faction select screen...I dunno how I feel about that scrolling method there...I prefered MTW1's list method, myself.

I got the Special Forces edition. The only change would be the one or two special foces unit in that roster.
Do the people still make noises when you click on them? Please tell me the Muslim factions say awesome things like "THE INFIDEL!" and call you sadiq and inform you the Sultan wishes them dead? Can someone get me a shot of the Ottoman rake? Thanks <3
They do say stuff, but in their own languages.
When you click on a russian military unit on the campaign map, he does a little salute. Its pretty cool.
Gah damn, that'll be Turkish then. I hope there's a minor Arab faction that I can use to pwn noobs and convert infidels
