Reports (Save Game thread)

This thread is for seasonal summaries of in-game events by the Chancellor and reports by the Strategos' on actions they have taken with the saved game.

Other than the Chancellor, Strategos should only post in this thread to say they are taking the save, to upload a new save, and to report whatever actions they have taken with the save.

Proper way to save the file: KotN-265-3-15
265 is the year, 3 is the season(1-spring, 2-summer, 3-autumn, 4-winter), 15 is the order number of the save in that season.

Please, compress the save before uploading it!

You can look at it but you cannot make any changes yet. Once the Council Session is over you can take the save. Post in this thread when you take it. Please compress the new save before uploading it, and then post a link to the new save in a new post in this thread. Please summarize what you did with the save in that post.

Autumn, 271 - Our fleet is defeated by the Seleucids fleet.

Philon of Kyrene attacks Paraitonion and occupies the town.

Port of Sidon is blockaded by the Seleucid fleet.

Menelaos Salaminios dies. Eunostos Kypriakos becomes the Chancellor.

Winter, 271 - Ceasefire with Macedonia.

Spring, 270 - Nothing new to report.

Summer, 270 - Port of Sidon is blockaded again.

Autumn, 270 - Seleucid garrison in Damascus is getting larger every day.

Winter, 270 - Army of Philon of Kyrene is close to the border. Siege of Alexandria is unfortunatelly a possibility.

Spring, 269 - Euergetes Ptolemaios becomes of age.

Tarsos is besieged by the Seleucid army.

Eunostos Kypriakos is elected as Chancellor.

In Summer of 269 Emergency Council Session is called by the Chancellor Eunostos Kypriakos.

All available RBG's will be killed of when the voting ends! If you want to get rid of one of your ancillaries then they could act as 'Slave traders'.

Chancellor Report - Initial

"The Ptolemaike Basileia is standing on very fragile economic ground. In this first season of my mandate as Chancellor, I have tried to cut down on expenses while funneling what little resources I could scrounge towards the defense of Side whose situation remains very precarious. Its location, along with Tarsos, is of utmost importance as a possible landing zone in Mikra Asia which we cannot abandon to the Seleukids. Cuts in the military garrisons of several towns will require strategoi with a sense for administration to oversee several of our most important cities, including Alexandreia, Memphis and Sidon. I also strongly suggest a strategos to head, by sea, to Side, to personally take command of the small force there and repel attacks until a larger force can be safely escorted to Mikra Asia. The trip should be safe yet I would not risk a larger army without the support of some more vessels. I will also need to know which Strategoi will contribute and how much their contribution will be for the creation of a fleet."

Moved Syria/Judaean army toward Egypt. Alexandros Thraikikos moved with it, so Hieroslyma is ungoverned and at 50% order.

(2) Cannot recruit land units.
(3) Cannot move fleets to the ports of Allied kingdom if this is denied by the Allied ruler.

Moved Leontiskos south, and triereis north.

Moved Philadelphos to the northern border of Damaskos and built a fort there. (I added and then subtracted 701 mnai to do so since we were in minus.) My peltastai has reunited with the main army, as the Iudaioi Taxeis from Hierosolyma are on their way to do as well. The akontistai in Sidon has been moved into Damaskos. Damaskos and Hierosolyma now needs lower taxes or a bigger garrison or there will be rioting.
