All I can find so far is Sky News.

Here's one from the Beeb.

Seems there was an incident on a bus as well. Jesus Christ!
I thought they made security better...I hope no one is hurt. :embarassed:
Three "incidents" occured on Warren Street, Oval and Shepherd's Bush station. Don´t know how serious it is though...
How on earth do you stop a totally isolated group of homegrown terrorists making bombs out of easily obtained chemicals and walking into a train or bus?
I'm sitting in an office down the road from Warren Street and there have been quite a few police cars rushing up the road.
Let's not assume the worst yet.
I don´t think it is serious, but still: Three incidents in the subway and also a tiny explosion on a bus/train. Maybee the bomb didn´t acted as it should have done?
Let´s hope it isn´t as bad as the explosions two weeks ago.
One of the reports mentioned that a rucksack bomb exploded, but went off as a dud... and that the would be suicide bomber didnt die. There's someone the Police might want to have a few words with.
The thing is though, when I first heard about the last bombings, they were saying it was a power surge that caused a small explosion with a few "walking wounded". Then over the next hour or two it turned into a small terror attack, then there were 2 deaths, then 5 then 20 etc... I reckon it is done this way to avoid mass panic. It may be a lot worse than has been reported so far. Lets hope Im totally wrong!!!
Hopefully something's just gone bad somewehre, and it's not another piece of murder. Regardless, Proleteriat said what I would have.
EDIT:Cut out the second part. It can be done later.
Four reported bombs they think now, apparently one suicide bomber attempted to blow himself up but the bomb didnt go off.
These guys make me sick.
Last time the news about bombs were out in International networks way before the 'power surge' story was removed by the local media...If someone from abroad is watching and has fresher info please post....
It doesnt look very bad, it looks more like something failed, I hope it is a false alarm or something. Lets hope everyone is ok.
BBC are saying explosions are detonators only - not bombs.
If the would be bomber survived then the police might be able to get some information out of the beast. Hopefully...
could be that he survived. if the bomb failed and only the detonator worked its possible that the injured person they mention is the bomber...
...its a plausible scenario, this is how we eliminated our local terrorism in Greece...
Make sure he gets a fair trial, three square meals a day, round the clock therapy, back rubs, and a personal mini-Mosque the whole time you question him!Quote:

Only 1 confirmed injury. This is not serious.
Hopefully there will be no disruption to the cricket.
4 Confirmed explosions, no reported casualties as yet, hope it stays that way.
It currently appears to have been either a hoax, or a series of dud bombs. Regardless, this is still incredibly offensive. The disruption will be awful too.
1 officially dead.... :embarassed:
1 person arrested out of the ministry of defence...

Targeting is the difference. Terrorist target innocents. Dealing with the guilty and getting information to find their networks is a whole different matter.Quote:

Red Harvest, The terrorist's choir of apologists would attack you if you didn't give them a Koran, a holy piece of fabric in which to store aforementioned Koran, the time to pray five times a day, light excercise, all the lawyers they want, and you can't hold them even if you know they're going to kill more if you release them. And you must give them a moist toilette 3 times a day. Especially if it's at a tropical paradise, like, say Gitmo.
Crazed Rabbit
No one has died; one person is slightly injured.
Thats good news. maybe it was just a joke?? that got out of hand.
maybe a drill to see how fast ems and the police could get there ~
Whatever it was it seemed an extremely botched attempt at a terrorist attack. Most likely young Muslims who aren't working with a group trying to make a name for themsevles. I don't think that is too presumptuous as the man who is on the run was supposedly of Middle Eastern stock.
Glad to hear that these appear to have been incompetent terrorists.
Now now, you can't call them "muslims", "Middle Eastern", or a "terrorist attack". That would be discrimination. Remember PC policy will always trump facts and truth.Quote:

Well, first of all I understand the British people's anxiety and feel the grief for the innocent ones involved in the previous matter.
Today when I got the news online, I just rushed to watch TV to get any further information.. And one of the experts said that this was simply a kind of challenge to say that "Even if it's been only two weeks, we can still wander around carrying bombs and doing whatever we want in your own land".. This really seemed reasonable to me. And the reason that the incidents were minor were just beacuse of that they wanted to challenge, not do one more attack.
These guys are serious, well-organized and knowledgable enough to cause fear and terror. Now every British is somehow anxious, and that was really how they wanted it to be..
I present my good wishes for all of you in England..

London attackers 'meant to kill'
Emergency services in protective clothing were at the bus site
Four attempted bombings in London were designed to kill people, the head of the Metropolitan Police has said
Looks like we've been very lucky, considering the fact that the terrorists set out to kill.
I still find it more than luckiness about the fail of these assaults- if they really were. This one looks way too ameteurre compared to the previous one. I still think that they tried to fire up a psychological fight this time, regarding the "we do not fear" slogans..
What is up with the terrorists? Death to all terrorists!
For one, you can discredit religion and its baggages (eg. "Jihad").Quote:

This might of course be idle speculation - in the end I am glad that the tragedy did not repeat and that this failed attempt might provide the authorities with additional leads to smash any AQ cells in the UK or elsewhere.
My compliments and thanks to the people of Turkey and all peaceable peoples of any religion in the world for their thoughts.Quote:

Indeed I would say that, probably thanks to the fact that people were not seriously injured, people thought of yesterday more like an inconvenience than a threat.
