Beef, pork and chicken... no contest hehe
I have 3 favourite meats : Pheasant, goose, and veal
Chicken, bacon, beef.
Where's the fish or shellfish option? Gah.
fish? shellfish? surely they are just rather overactive aquatic vegetables.
I like the duck, the pheasant and generally game birds, big fan of good pork too.
Fish and Shellfish: pike and spider crabs are what I like best.
I like all of them but my favourite is Beef! ~
Beef pork chicken. Pobably most peoples favorites . I like Pot roast the best followed by loin of pork. Both with lots of gravy and spaetzle .
My favourites are Beef, reindeer and Moose.I love meat. :chef:
I like blue crabs and sea bass. (And pretty much everything else.)Quote:

Where do you stand on the pickled fish are good argument?
I love pickled herring.
For favorite meat, I'd have to go with Lamb, but I am a big organ meat fan as well. There's nothing like liver with onions and bacon, or a kidney pie; although I'll surely be in the minority in liking that stuff.
as long as I can have the heart muahahahahah
And pot roast dont taste like hamburger but their both beef pal. ~:)Quote:

Beef (roast beef, grilled steak), Pork (roast), Lamb (roast)
What is the taste difference between mutton and lamb? I love roast lamb I get in Greek restaurants but cannot seem to duplicate it at home. Someone said they use mutton?
Mutton is supposed to have a stronger flavour, but it is tougher than lamb.
I love liver, especially goose liver fried with onions. I forgot to mention duck, which I like crispy with orange sauce.Quote:

Lobsters and crabs are good too. ~
Beef. And my opa can grill it to perfection on his outdoor stone grill.
Moose is great. I trade my buddy Guinness beer and apple BBQ wood for moose meat every time he comes back from a hunt. It tastes so clean compared to store bought meat.
And beef. A Del Monico cut. 1-1/2 inch thick from the small end of the Rib Eye. Just beauty!
Lamb and beef.
...and, ahem, pork. :shame:
I loves me some chicken!!
Why is it that everytime I read moose, I see Moses? I must get my eyes checked. It's a bit freaky reading that some people like having a bit of grilled Prophet! :dizzy2:
Eat Steak Eat Steak it's a mighty fine food eat steak eat steak it's a mighty fine food...
Beef
Lamb
Then I voted Suckling Pig but that applies for all types of pig.
Almost all of those. Forget all this salad and fruit, give me meat! :knight:
camels meat...
its a bit tough, but the way its prepared i like it a lot more than most red meat, though when there is non available i settle for lamb meat.
as for white meat, Fish and Chicken.
Well that is a drag. ~DQuote:

A Warriors mind and body is tempered with meat... not too many Warriors come to mind that were strictly vegetarians.
Faisal: hmmm... Camel Meat? well for the most part I'd try anything once I guess.
I'm a man of Cowboy Country so beef (including, on occasion, veal) is always numero uno, then probably an equal tie between pork and Chicken, then Fish.
I HATE MUTTON, Bleck.
Lamb is good though especially in gyros.
Chicken, as it is lean and absorbs flavours easily so it is a good staple.
Steak, T-Bone or Rump. Just a bit of butter in a pan, cook it right and all you need is a fork as it melts in your mouth. I try and have steak once or twice a week if possible.
There's a restaurant where I go to in Geneva called the Gaucho. For some 40 francs they bring great joints of grilled and roast meats on spits and cut them onto the plates with huge knives. And it's unlimited! Heaven for carnivores.........
I'll eat anything that could wink at you when it was alive.
My favorite animal is the pig, think of all the wonderful things that come from it. Sausage, Bacon, Pork Chops, Bacon, Candaian Bacon, Ham, Bacon. How can you say no? Then Chicken and Turkey are tied.
Side note: anyone ever been to Fogo de Chao? There's one in Chi, and I think one in Dallas. But its a Gaucho place, give you a card with red side and green side. Flip it green and dozens of Gauchos descend upon your table with swords of meat. Best thing there is a Chicken Breast wrapped in bacon. The mouth waters for it.
Does Chi = Chicago? ~ If not, where are you :dizzy2: ???Quote:
