Off topic thread

Well, here we have a thread without a topic.

As a result, all your posts in here will be off topic.

After all, this is the off topic forum, isn't it?

It always amazed me there wasn't an "off topic" thread in in this "off topic" forum, a thread where all the posts are, well, "off topic".

Isn't it appropriate for on off topic forum to have a thread where you can post no matter what and it will always be "off topic"?

I think the answer is yes!

But I'm repeating myself.

Hmmmmmm an of topic as a topic is kind of a contradictio in terminus(worldcup scrabble here I come). If I knew what it meant of course, I have had latin but I was a terrible kid, when my teacher said she wanted to speak with me after the lesson I told her she should shave her legs first, and that is where my career in latin ended, pity.

If this is an off topic thread then your post isn't off topic because it's talking about off topic threads.

So, to have a real off topic thread, we should have a "no topic" or better a nameless thread.

Only not posting would be on topic and thus every post would be off topic.

Hm, interesting. Shouldn't we start a commission over this, funded by the European Community?

1.500.000 € a year would be sufficient, I think.

I like off topic threads as I rarely stay on topic and just happily babble away. At times it's like having a conversations in here...in slow motion. Rather pleasent, I must say. Carry on, Off-Topicians!

how can you be off topic in an off topic thread though? the only way to be off topic would be to be on-topic, which, because the thread is off-topic would in turn be off-topic?

Our spider is gone. It was the large garden spider whose picture I posted in the Gallery III thread. She had grown quite a bit fatter since I had taken that picture. Just yesterday my wife and I decided to name her Charlotte. Alas, today I checked on her and she wasn't in her web...and I had wanted to take her picture one last time before lays her eggs and dies.

Why do they call it a "paper" clip when it is made out of metal or plastic?

...an iguana? Where?

I like stretching paper clips and then bending them together to form a long chain. It kinda hurts my fingers though.

I have a lot of work to do. I have to finish two easy assignments for nuclear engineering class for non nukies. Also I have some reading for a class on Vikings and a paper to write on said reading. Also some calc homework that is done.

Edit: WHAT!! They want me to use real graph paper?! Screw that.

SPAM begats Beirut's AXE and Beirut's AXE is alway ON topic...which is quite contradictory to the purpose of this thread. So, if you want to SPAM, go elsewhere. If, however, you wish to show the world your skills in off topicness, then topic off to your hearts content.

Which leads me to my next point of pondering: are iguana dropping call iguano? And if Old McDonald (having a farm) had an iguana would it leave iguana guano here, iguana guano there, here iguano, there iguano, everywhere iguana guano? I drop that on your lap to ponder, unless you are too pooped to ponder iguana iguano. Is this my turd or fourth post in this thread? One...two...pee...four - ah, the fourth post. Where was I? Funny how water expands when it gets cold but many other things contract...what's a legal document have to do with getting cold anyway? Where was I heading with all this?
