Probably England too, just to get the feel of everything as their position allows you time to learn the ropes, changes from Rome and some easy first battles and sieges, though I'll probably move onto being the two I most want to play, Spain and Venice ASAP.
Well first I'm gonna go into the preference file and do this
unlock_campaign = true.
And then hello danes :2thumbsup:
without doubts
Vive la France :2thumbsup:.
That goes for me to, can't run from my roots, can I~DQuote:

Probably either HRE or France, not entirely decided. I might've played Scotland first, but I think I might keep them for a realism mod.
Antagonist
England without a doubt
Probably either Sicily or the HRE, just to try something new. If I could I'd probably pick the Turks; maybe a bit of text file editing is in order.
Either the English, Germans or the Turks.
:balloon2:
The English ,of course
just so I can recite this to my Pure of Heart Knights an men ......
And Crispin Crispian shall ne'er go by from this day until the ending of the world but we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers, For he today who sheds his blood with me shall be my brother, Be he ne'er so vile, this day shall gentle his condition, and gentlemen in England now abed shall think themselves acursed they were not here, and hold their manhoods cheap whilst any speaks, that fought with us upon St. Crispin's day!
Ive been waiting all my life for this moment to come along ..lol
First, probably English. Although if the temptation comes along to unlock the factions the Scots or the Byzantines may get a whirl instead.
No question, HRE. I cannot resist the pull of my ancestry... and zweihanders make me go weak in the knees :2thumbsup:
Second campaign will probably be the turks - I grew to love them in the original MTW
Spain; because they have plent of expansion room without having to bother about the pope threatening excommunication. I may do a side campaign as the venetians or english.
France without doubt.
Then i'll go for Egyptians in order to test Jyhads.
If i am able to get/play/run the game France followed by Scotland.
Sicily. I always enjoyed their unique starting position in M:TW, and their cavalry heavy, semi-arab unit roster is really endearing.
The Turks. Mmmm...janissaries.
Probably England first.
You can quickly crush the Scots and Irish before the Pope can get in the middle to mediate. Then, w/ a secure base it's on to the Continent to crush the Danes, nibble at France and go on a Crusader Holiday or two.
Barkhorn.
Venice, so I can wrap my economic tendrils around all of Europe. :D
Poland or Danes.
Frenchies, so I can invade the low countries.
Danes!!! of curse! I'm from Denmark
First I'll play as the English, but I feel particularly attracted to sicily and Spain too!
England for the first campaign, they have an easy defendable position and that will allow me to get a hang of the new campaign system.
After that, I'll give the Danes and the Germans a go.
Ill play as the English or the Leonese-Castillian Kingdom.
I like the Reconquista scenario but crushing and crusading its delicious!:2thumbsup:
I still havent decided between these two.
No question and no doubt. The Turks. :2thumbsup: Drums... Drums... They're coming :smash:
Oy mods, can we make this a poll por favor? Muchas gracias :2thumbsup:
I will, without a doubt, start with the Holy Roman Empire. Who wouldn't want to establish the First Reich :laugh4: ?
If we can choose Turks.. hmm I dont wanna spoil myself immideatly lol. Ill do Scotland first then Turks
ah i should have made this a poll can the mods make it into a poll please

Venice.Don't know why,just do.
I'll definitely play Poland... hold the line against the Teutonic menace in the west, trounce the uppity Rus in the east, and build up for the coming of the Tatar hordes.
Going to edit the .txt so I can play Egypt.
Expand to the West, Ally with the Turks and help them at the frontline against crusades, take over Cyprus early on for a good naval base and attack Sicily.
Oh, and call some Jihads!
Das Deutsch since one of my family members was elected Kaiser I have to play my family histroy. of course I will move the capital to near Sachsen. Then I will either play Russia because of my families history with them. Posably next Byzantines or Milinies. Good old milianies first to defy the pope and the only italian city state that loved the German in them more than the roman. Then maybe England
probably england first, as im english plus i think they have a relatively easy starting position so a good country to learn the ropes with.
after that countries like sicily , byzantium and spain/ portugal are all atractive as they give you an early oportunity to slay the islamic dragon.
As in MTW, HRE of course. I'm a very defensive player which fits perfectly. You got hammered from all sides with your relatively weak troops and treacherous generals until late period when time had come for striking back. I liked it very much, hähähä. I'm keen to see wether it will be the same in M2TW. Maybe the old fanatic in Rome could be your friend.:inquisitive:
Then, the Scots because I like the celtic course. I hope the irish and scottish warriors will look a bit more realistic than in MTW.
The Danes for recreation. Only one country to manage in a nice position with room for a skandinavian empire to conquer the british isles.
Definitely England, probably followed by either Spain or Poland.
HRE!!!
:2thumbsup:
Not really sure yet. There are so many of them that sound interesting. Perhaps the Byzanines.
