I'm pretty sure the TYOLT includes both types -linguistic and dialectic.

However, the advantage of this thread is that it does, in fact, remind of that the TYOLT is not restricted to Dutch - even though it may seem so.

Allthough the european Dutch speaking area is rather small, geographically speaking, there do exist a lot of Dutch/Flemish dialects...

eh, Grey Skies... snowy mountains, winter is comin' a little too soon fer me. Course' thee move was my decision and I'm glad I took it. Still feels like home, and I'm not complaining, its really pretty up here.

(Montanan's don't have a lot of different dialect except for the Hill Folk, but we generally speak with sort of a drawl so a pronunciation of words is elongated and it sounds a bit slower than say Californian "English").

Trust me, you do but you just don't realize it. I'm not sure of how to type a Wisconsin accent. Truthfully, it is pretty minor unless you talk to people out in the country then it sounds a lot like the stereotypical Chicago Bears fan accent. "Duh Bares"

Depends on where you live, the further north you git and the more rural ya git then the stronger the accent. People where I live(in Dane county, that's the county with Madison) have a much weaker accent then people where I hunt(Sauk county, about 50 minutes north of where I live and only a few miles outside of the CWD eradication zone).

Montanan accent varies quite a bit as well, Western Montanans tend to sound closer to Washingtonians, than say Eastern Montanans who sound like they have a sock in their mouth.

Well i was sittin at home last sunduy mornin, when me mate boomer rang, said he was havin a few friends over for a barbie, said he might cook a burra or two. I said "sounds great!, Will walla be there?" he said "Yeah, and vegie might come to" I said to me wife anna, "you wanna go anna?" she said "ill go if din goes" i said to boomer "What'll we do about Nulla?" he said "Nulla bores me to tears, leave him at home" We rocked up to the party at about 2, went straight into the kitchen to put some booze in the fridge, and you wouldnt believe, theres boomers wife warra trying to plat a puss. Now i dont like to speak ill o' warra but how much can a koala bear?
