I saw a tip for this on this board, but I'm afraid I can't remember what to do.
At least I can comfort you with the knowledge that it's fixable. Try a search or wait for a helpful and knowledgeable soul to repeat the tip here.

I used to get this in the demo, but it never happened to me in the retail version. I'm pretty sure there was just a thread about this the other day.
