I cannot visit missionary

As ReluctantSamurai said, you can attempt to assassinate him but not visit ( or converse ) with him.

All visits to the other clans are made only to their Damiyo.
Other clans can send Emissaries to your Damiyo ( and if Christian can send Jesuit Priests too ) - via your Throne Room.
