Hi. I am newbie here. I've played MTW and RTW since 2004 and start modding MTW from last 3 Months. I wondered in MTW (Not VI, OK.) could we create a new faction on it? And if can, how to do it?

From my experince I don't think so. I think it is a thing only in VI.
But in MTW you can replace a faction,which is the same.
But I am no modding professional on MTW, but I am pretty sure.
