I just had my first drop-out because of my internet connection, and it was very frustrating. I've done a few tests and so far my ping has been no more than about 100ms, but it varies a lot and I'm not sure what's the best way to test it under TW conditions. Any advice on what I can do to diagnose my internet connection and help it along?
