Quotes/Gameplay hints development topic

Well another one. This is primarily for collecting quotes to display during the loading screens, but we also decided linking a feature to that. In some other mods (and other games, I first saw it in Civ4), the loading screens are used to pass small tips to the player.
Those can just serve to make the player think differently about some things, tell him about a shortcut or remind him about a certain feature that's maybe not totally obvious. I believe it's a very good way to help especially newer players to find into the mod (it definitely helped me with CIV) and since we'll have a lot of new features, it's a way to present them which is not as boring as writing a manual (which I'll probably have to do anyways).

That said, feel free to post some gameplay hints later on, in addition to the quotes :)
