Resolution problem

Hello,I have a question about resolution in MTW2.For some reason I can only choose 2 resolutions in the video options,1366x768 and 1024x768.Thats for battle map resolution and for campaing resolution.Reason I want some help about this is because before I had like 4-5 resolutions to pick but now I only have those two.And the same thing is happening in Rome TW.This never happend to me and I have no idea what to do or how to fix this problem.Before you ask I did edit preferences file and did check it to "read only" and it did nothing.
