If they are taken off the list mafia have to use Kung Fu
Do we want groups of vigilante townies running around killing suspicious players? Wouldn't that make it harder? Cuz townies are saying: "oh, i killed, arent i a good townie?" or "Oops, I didn't know he was townie or pro-town, please forgive me..."
It would be better if we just stuck to protecting and lynches (cuz they have to be okayed by a large portion of the players)...

Besides if there were a limited amount of these "tools", there would have been a number indicating how many were in stock.

Mafia can use them, but don't need to for night kills. Townies can use them for vigilante kills.
