Although it is said in the 'Rules' that Royal Armies have the priority over everything else I have allowed Regular Armies to be completed before the Royal Armies. The reason is that it would be logistically impossible to get those units from all corners of the Arche to get together for a royal Army. So I have recruited units for them only in Mesopotamia and surrounding towns.
Now, I am proud to say that Syrian Army and Lydian Army have been completed!

The Commanders should keep the list in their SOT and after every battle they should mention whether they need replacement or retraining.
Parthian Army is almost finished. It needs just 2 more units to be in the required minimal strength.
Current units in Parthian Army: 1 Pantodapoi Phalangitai and 1 Persian Archer in Margaine; 1 Persian Archer-Spearmen unit under Captain Aribazos north of Margiane; 1 Pantodapoi Phalangitai, Arachosian Skirmisher Cavalry and 1 Madian Medium Cavalry under Captain Hermogenes south of Margiane.
My Royal Army have the following units at the moment: 2 Pandotapoi Phalangitai, 1 Shipri Tukul, 2 Eastern Slinger, 1 Toxotai, 1 Prodromoi.
My Heirs Royal Army have following units: 1 Persian Archer unit, 2 Pantodapoi Phalangitai and Eastern Slinger unit in Susa.

Chancellor Report, Autumn 272
Our diplomats have done some good work. They made a peace with Saka Rauka and signed trade rights agreement with them. We also sold them map information for 2500 mnai.
Another diplomat renewed our alliance with Baktria and we promised to help them against some Eleutheroi for their map information.
Since we lack the proper funds to build anything then no buildings have been constructed. How ever we did repaired the barracks in Hekatompylos since it didn't cost that much and we couldn't spend money to anywhere else.
