Basileus & Chancellor's Report, Spring 260 BCE

Buildings
A Chorion Syllogos Strateumatos is being constructed in Byzantion to allow the most basic of native troops to be levied to defend our new border settlement. The roads in Antiocheia will be getting improvements to a Hamaxitoi Hodoi.

In Sardis, the preparations and raising of a garrison is done, while Sidon has a new Choma Kapelikon and Ekbatana can now host festivals.

Military
Sarpedon's Kovkasi Lernain Netadzik were retrained in Mazaka, and a pezhetairoi raised in Antiocheia for his army.

A unit of sphendonetai was raised in Sardis and a pantodapoi phalangitai in Edessa for Nikarchos' Satrapal Army.

The remnants of Andromachos' old satrapal army that was led by Phormion Epiphaneion Armeniakon has been disbanded.

Internal affairs
Taxes in Sinope, Nikaia, Charax and Persepolis were lowered to keep the inhabitants calm.

Foreign affairs
No news to report.

Intelligence
The Pahlavans have raised a unit of Shivatir-i Marda in Nisa, and there's an army of unknown alliegence - though most likely Ptolemaioi - coming in from the west of Alexandreia.

Misc.
Rejected the MotH-offer of Phormion Epiphaneion Armeniakon. (OOC: Yes, CP told me to do so.) A pantodapoi unit from Karmana, led by captain Mithridates have started moving towards Prophthasia.

Moved Andromachos Syriakos, Sarpedon Syriakos and Sarpedon's Royal Army towards Antiocheia.

Moved 1 unit of Galatikoi Kluddolon, 1 unit of Hippakontistai and 1 unit of Sphedonetai into Ipsos. Also moved 2 units of Pantodapoi Phalangitai versus Ipsos and 1 unit of Pantodopai Phalangitai from Edessa in the same direction.

Basileus & Chancellor's Report, Summer 260 BCE

Buildings
Workers and slaves started the production of a Syllogos kai Skeuotheke Strateumatos in Alexandreia-Ariana which is expected to be finished in about one and a half year. A Temenos Hieron Artemidos will be finished in Gabai within 6 months.

A Syllogos kai Strateumatos has been finished in Pergamon, and the Satrapeia Seleukeia is established in Nikaia.

Military
Raised a unit of thureophoroi in Antiocheia for Nikarchos' satrapal army. His sphendonetai unit in Ipsos has been retrained as well.

(OOC: A unit of Peltastai was also raised in Arbela, though not on my command. Recruitment and construction was, for some reason, given to AI command.

Internal affairs
Raised taxes in Zadrakata. (OOC: Taxes were also automatically lowered in Arbela for the same reason as above, I believe. Can everyone please make sure that they have the option of "Manage All Settlements" checked?)

The Ptolemaioi have laid siege on Hierosolyma and the fort at our southern border.

Foreign affairs
SPQR has signed a truce with the Aedui confederation.

Intelligence
A Pahlavan spy has been detected in Zadrakata. Unfortunately he got away from our guards. Lets hope they don't have more. Ptolemaioi spies have also been found out in Hierosolyma, and they got away as well.

Misc.
Moved Sarpedon & my Royal Army west towards Antiocheia. Captain Mithridates moved further towards Prophthasia and will reach their destination in the autumn.

SPQR are now considered the most advanced people on earth.

Moved 1 unit of Pantodapoi Phalangitai into Ipsos. Also moved 2 units of Pantodapoi Phalangitai versus Ipsos, all for my Satrapial Army. Also sent off the unit of Thureophoroi from Antiocheia.

WotB-260-3-2 (Is this really meant to be 260-3-2 , because it is Summer... i thought this would be season 2.)
