S.P. Carbo is still on his to Dalmatia, and would infiltrate the town of Dalminion next season

Cicero requests that the Consul of finance keep construction to a minimal level because the denarii is needed to recruit the remaining troops for the Consular Legion; he calculates that it would be completed by the end of this year if he has all the funds available used. (the legion can be completed by spring 261 if he spends as much as possible each turn without getting negative income)

1 rorarii and hastati from Legio III are heading towards Capua for retraining, as S.S. Longus has requested.
Legio I has had their units and supplies replenished and is now heading north as according to Dux Cotta's campaign plans
1 unit of Hastati and Principes are being conscripted in Arretium
1 unit of Principes and Leves are being conscripted in Capua; the leves are for the eventual garrison of Roma when Legio IV departs

Cicero suggests that some garrison units of Bononia and Arretium be moved north to garrison Patavium when Legio I departs
and he also reminds Dux Cotta that of the three units of accensi in Patavium, one of them is part of the garrison of Patavium
the requisition of merchant ships would start next turn, as there seem to be some difficulty on agreeing on the price (OOC: I'm making sure we don't get a negative income this turn, though we might next turn because of the equites)

Investigated report of Epirite forces. It is indeed true. I believe this is the Epirite army designed to take command of Dalminion after the recent death of the client king; but we got there first. Now it is about to pass through the mountains. Once done it will be in a position to go for either Dalminion itself, or strike the unprotected rear of Legio III. If it chooses the latter, the effects on the legion, and on the campaign, could be devastating. I have detailed one of my cohorts to remain in Dalminion to keep order while the main body of the Legio II marches in an attempt to block the enemy army's route. However, public order is not good. I require reinforcments immediately.

Princeps, it would be more effecient if you move the ships down the coast of Italy then board the troops, then transport them over to Epidamnon, then Legio III may leave the town and head back to Italia to be retrained.
