Chancellor's Report Summer, 256

Buildings
Memphis will see the constrution of Hamatitoi Hodoi.

In Sinope, projects have been started on Hodoi roads.

In Salamis, construction began on a Heorte Poleos.

The establishment of a Phrourion in Amaseia has begun.

Halikarnassos has grown and will see the construction of a Melathron Epitroupou.

Hekatompylos has started construction a Megaron Epitropou.

Damaskos will be improving its farms to Georgia Polyphoros.

Military
A unit of Aypaspistai has been recruited.

By some magical grace, the siege on the 1st Lydian was lifted and the Epirote General Prochtheios and his army are no where to be found.

Memphis is once again under siege.

Internal Affairs
Kallinikos Syriakes has hired an agriculturalist.

Foreign Affairs
The SPQR have declared war on the Aedui Confederation.

Intel: Our spies have been sent further into Greece with no sign of Prochtheios.

Basileus Report, Autumn 256 BCE

The Ptolemaic government in Alexandreia has been dissolved. Unfortunately, this caused the workers to rebel, and in the fight they all got killed. This caused the improvement of the docks to stop, and before it can be restarted, proper control must be taken. So a Diallage Enchorios (Regional pacification) should be established there.

I and my Royal Army has relieved Memphis from its siege, and the Ptolemaic government there has been dissolved as well, and a Diallage Enchorios should be established. Chancellor, please retrain the 1st Syrian Army!

Chancellor, I also ask you to re-establish the governments in Antiocheia and Byzantion. It is completely unacceptable that these continue without a governance!

The garrison of Edessa should be retrained.

I also wish to point attention towards Halikarnassos, which is in rebellion! The garrison there must be retrained, and a unit of akontistai should be raised as well.

Captain Lasthenes have been moved further towards Alexandreia to join the Royal Army again.

Event 3 changes

1. Used FD and gave Persepolis, Karmana, Gabai and Prophthasia to Pahlava. Destroyed Seleucid governments in those towns as well. Money gained from that was removed from our treasury.

2. Declared War against Pahlava. Alliance between Pahlava and Hayasdan is in Tatters because of it.

3. Most of the units I made for the 'Persians' are Babylonian Infantry, Madian Cavalry and Persian Archers.

4. Since there were no FM's on the campaign map then I moved Captain Sokhrab(1 Parthian Armored Horse Archers and 2 mardian Archers) near Persepolis. I'm sure that some generals will appear for Pahlava soon in Persia.

5. Killed those 6 avatars and also removed 'Satrapeia Medias' ancillary from Mikithon. This caused Hekatompylos going 'red'. To prevent riots I suggest someone to change it.

Buildings
Nikaia has had an increase in trade income with the completion of a Hormos Emporikos.

A military government has been established in Alexandreia and a Military Colony is now currently being set up.

Memphis has installed a military government and will soon be established as a Satrapeia HemiAutonomos.

Antiocheia-Margiane has honored the Gods with a new Asklepieion.

Ipsos has expanded with the completion of its Melathron Epitropou.

Sinope has constructed Hodoi roads.

Antiocheia, Damaskos, and Byzantion have reestablished their governments.

Halikarnassos has also reestablished its government, retrained its garrison, and added a new unit of Akontistai to said garrison.

Workers in Ekbatana have begun projects on a Mega Basileion.

Alexandreia-Ariane will see the construction of a Asklepieion.

Military
A unit of Argyraspides has been trained in Alexandreia for the Basileus' RA.

The 1st Syrian has been retrained in Memphis.

The remnants the 1st Lydian and Panaitolos have arrived in Byzantion. Rebuilding of the army will begin soon.

Another Ptolemy force is marching for Memphis.

Internal Affairs
Kallinikos Syriakos has hired the services of a Dioiketes.

Basileus Report, Winter 256 BCE

I have moved on back from Aigyptos, heading towards the Ptolemaic city of Petra. The pantodapoi phalangitai have been left, one outside of Memphis, and the other outside of Alexandreia. They are now a part of Aratos' satrapal army.

The Chancellor should note that the people of Amaseia have become more and more discontent with our rule. If nothing is done, they may very well rebel.

My SOT is updated with units and buildings to raise/build.
