A few years into my Seleucid campaign, the faction leader and heir were stationed in Seleukeia and Antiocheia respectively. Pretty soon, both men seemed to be permanently stuck inside their cities. Is there a method of reversing this?

I think it´s the Babylonian New Years Festival that causes this, but that should only last for a single turn.
The Appomination
I don't come here a lot any more. You know why? Because you suck. That's right, I'm talking to you. Your annoying attitude, bad grammar, illogical arguments, false beliefs and pathetic attempts at humour have driven me and many other nice people from this forum. You should feel ashamed. Report here at once to recieve your punishment. Scumbag.
I wondered if the Babylonian New Year had something to do with that.
But they both still remained in their locations for many consecutive turns, which is too bad because I intended for the faction heir to have the honour of commanding the first mustered field army since the start of the game.
I had the same problem a while ago. See this thread, there is a solution to this bug, you have to comment out the effects of this New years trait.
So before I even begin a Seleukid campaign, I have to remove that useless Babylonian New Year trait from the script? Thanks.
Not remove it, no. Simply commenting out (with ;) the effect of this trait. This way they still get them but they don't have movement penalties.
It should be fixed in EB 1.1, though.![]()
