I know you can save an order of battle (oob) once purchased however are you expected to save one for each different faction?
How does the deneri work? To clarify say your oob is for a 12k oob but the online host set the limit to 10k.

Are you referring to units bought??
If the Host sets the denarii at 10k then that is all you are able to spend. You cannot select to use a saved army that is purchased for 12k to use it in a 10k game.
Different factions have differing units.
I hope I am reading your question correctly.

Thanks for posting, I did my purchase online using a pre-bought order of battle. The game host allowed 15k and my pre-bought was for 13k so I had to add another 2k worth of units and upgrades.
