    Beeing hailed Imperator by the troops is the first step to be allowed a triumph in Rome. The next step is to be allowed it by the Senate. And then the general has to return to Rome to hold his triumph.

    ive never had a triumph. or even had a general declared as 'imperator' even though ive won amazing victories. *sigh*

    I've had imperator, but the Senate has never agreed to it, so I have never gotten a chance to see a Triumphus.

    Same here.

    I've got a few vanquishers of this or that nation, and a few imperators.

    But never a message from the senate! pah
