Baktrian user interface change

I'd like to request help with changing the background used for Baktria's text in its user interface. I find that it is very hard to read text when there are little itty bitty dots in the background. While I like the segmented nature of the UI theme due to Baktria's hetairoi, I'd like to change it for the texts.

Which files in the game directory should be modified?

To be clear, I'd like to use a clean white background like what the Greeks have.

go in C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\EB\Data\UI\GREEK and copy the files you find there into C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\EB\Data\UI\EGYPTIAN. This way you change background also for Seleukids and Ptolemies as they share the same culture group of Baktria. Also remeber to backup all the files.
