Yeah...the example was specific because it's exactly what happened to me. I was incensed that the Serbs in XL didn't get Horse Archers on their recruitment roster in High (they get them in Early and Late, but not in High...). Tried to remedy it. Of course, it could be that, using the .txt format, and not opening it in Excel, led me to make an error I might not have otherwise made...but when XL wouldn't start up properly after I placed the original file back...
