    Hi
I think that it is easier to use move_character instead of character_reset - it will teleport your stack instantly to the location you want. here is how it goes:
    1. Go to the console - usually by hitting ~
    2. Point your mouse cursor on a location you want a stack to be moved to
    3. type show_cursorstat - hit enter - as a result you should have a line with province name and cursor position (for ex. 121,134)
    4. type move_character "Character Internal Name" 121,134 - hit enter

The tricky part is getting the Character Internal Name right, but as it is a migration you are going to move characters that are predefined in the descr_start.txt file and you can find their internal names there. you can find this file in ....EB/World/Maps/Campaign or sth like that - I cant check it now.

Also make sure the character isn't in a settlement or anything like that when you teleport him or it'll case no end of trouble.
    Cheers
