Having perfected the steak I am growing increasingly bold, so I had a go at fish, and it was a total disaster. It was tasteless, it fell apart when I tried to flip it over, even the cat didn't want it. Now I love fish, when I am in a restaurant I always go for the fish because these dishes are so much more fun.
Right now, I got a nice piece from this handsome little fellow, we call it zeeduivel 'sea-devil', almost too cute to eat.
