    Casse take absolutely ages before they move. So can Hayasdan. Bactria can often take many years, so can Pahlava and the Getai. KH and Macedon often get in a stalemate with each other, swapping Athens back and forth. Epiros takes Dalmatia but not much after that. Aedui and Arveni also stalemate each other quite often.

    So don't expect every faction to expand quickly. Some won't expand at all.
    and yet, weirdly, in this sauromatae campaign dacia are MASSIVE and have taken kallatis and ak-ink (sp?) already....shocker!

    Just a reminder: it does not help if you forget to activate the background script.

    I think the biggest issue I have run into (in about 12 campaigns) is that the Arverni never manage to win against the Aedui.
