I didnt see anything about this at the TWC, but can I have an answer to this question? Are the celtic factions going to be swapabble with nation like pergamon?

No, there will be one faction slot devoted to being a swap faction, and whichever faction is chosen by the player will be in that swap faction. To allow any faction to be swapable with any other faction would be beyond extremely difficult and time consuming to do.

So what does this mean?

That you can add more Factions that swap over particular Factions?

That means there can be a choice of 40 Factions, but only 20 on the Battle Map during the game?

Only 21 per camgain, whatever factions you start a campaign with are the ones that need to stay for that campaign.
