I've been trying to make my game run faster by using the tips provided, but they don't seem to be helping. I think the main problem is the water effect on the strat map. Is there a way to change the water back to the vanilla rtw version?

it's been said numerous times, water makes mo difference, but if you still want an old one back go to the EB official site, IIRC the original file was uploaded there.

it wont actually make the game run faster...its just an optical illusion

its the script that slows things down...
