But the second we say we think it will be ready at X time, then if there is a problem and it is not a lot of people (not everyone, granted, not even most, but a number still) will get pissy, whining about it, even though we were very honest at the time with an estimate. It's much better just to not say anything at all about it.

And tell a joke about it would release the tension. I understand. But i think it would not arm to tel once and awhile to us (poor outsiders) ' it will not take long anymore ' without any unforeseen lay back off course. I for instance would appreciate that very much. This is, as said before no criticism only 'done when it is done' sounds a Little aggressive. It is also possible it is because i am not so very young any more. I am probably one off the oldest players off these mod.
