I believe it's wrong, for a few reasons:

1) If she's willing to do that, she's casual in that respect, or a slut. You don't want that.
2) If you go around trying to ruin their relationship, either you'll make both of them hate you, she'll refuse and not tell him, or you'll end up with a person who will change boyfriends at a whim, which you probably don't want.
3) It's just wrong. Think of how you would feel. It sounds like a cliche, but it's relevant.

If she breaks up with him on her own, on the other hand, just go for it. Also, if he seems to be a terrible boyfriend (from a neutral perspective) then you could probably justify it.

I don't know the guy and actually I just met her a few hours ago... probably in the morning I'll feel nothing. but she is really sweet with fair hair and green eyes and every sweet little thing. She ain't sexy though, she is actually sweet and beatiful.
