Unfortunately all rules must be followed for your entry to be considered. The word limit was set by myself, and is much more lax than the first few contests we held (which had 1000 word limits). I sorta like the limits myself as it poses a challenge to convey a powerful enough story in just a few paragraphs.Limit of 1500 words?

You could still post your story here in the Mead Hall if you'd like, or maybe use it as inspiration for the contest.
