Hi, i've recently downloaded EB and put it on disc. I've tried it on my other computer, Windows Vista and the Setup wont load up at all. I double click on the EB Setup icon and the setup appears then disappears at the bottom, then nothing happens.

That's a new one. Can you please try to run cmd (using start=>run). Then run the EB installer from there. You can do that by dragging the installer into the window, then pressing enter. You may get an error message that way.
