works on brothers computer help

i start install on brothers computer it first ask to well its says security warning - the publisher could not be verified it dose not do this when i do it on computer down stairs would this be the problem . it comes up after instal saying the instalation package could not be opened verify that the package ans so on can any one hep please

I really must urge you to make a more elaborate use of punctuation, capitals when applicable and grammar. Otherwise it is hard to understand what you mean for some non-native speakers, like me.

That aside, I think you meant 'When I try to install EB on my brother's PC a warning box pops up notifying me of a possible security threat related to the EB installer. On the PC downstairs this doesn't happen. Could this be the clue to all my trouble getting the mod to work downstairs? For on my brother's PC the mod works, and downstairs it doesn't.'

The answer to that question is AFAIK: no.
